It would no longer open.I went to Apple they recommended I go do data recovery at some extremely expensive location with terrible customer service.I hopped online and found LAPTOP MD! YAAAALL, this place is magical! KEVIN kindly listened to all of my concerns and told me immediately a reasonable estimate. I did data recovery and got a new battery for around $500. “I went to this shop to change a steel bracelet to a (much lighter) rubber strap. The gentleman took only five minutes to finish the replacement. If it weren't for the lady behind me prodding me to pick up my watch, I wouldn't know the work was done already!
Do note Panda Time is located in the LEFT building within 37-12. I mistakenly went to the RIGHT building at 37-08; both carries the Busy Mall name, so that's how I got confused.”

“I used uBreakiFix 3 times this year for the first time. GREAT convenient and SUPER helpful service.(there's a small bunch of locations throughout the 5 boroughs.)
I recommend calling ahead of time and verifying that they have the parts, the price and can fix your device(s).
Once the part(s), price and time are confirmed you can just head into a location and drop your phone off.
You will need to allow for about 10 to 20 minutes once you arrive because other customers may be dropping off their phones and need to be logged into the system and pay which takes about 5 to 10 minutes a customer.
My Samsung phones have a repair mode which allows them to repair your phone without going into or seeing your personal data. You should hopefully not have to backup any data.
My repairs were not severe....2 cracked backs of 2 of my phones got repaired....and my sons PS5 HDMI port was repaired as well. Thank you guys for all your help! Happy New Year!!!”
