“Love the location. The Associates are very helpful and polite. Finally, they received the Leg Extension Machine! Now the gym is almost complete! Hopefully they can monitor the floor a bit more so people don't do crazy things with the weights, benches, and other gym equipment, but otherwise, love this gym.”

“Completely changed the shape of my body. I did personal training at equinox for years and I wasn't seeing results. They told me it was the natural shape of my body, I knew it wasn't because of how my body looked for the 27 years before that. Form50 got me back to feeling like myself again. The program is always challenging and there are plenty of ways to modify. I can't believe how knowledgeable each instructor is, you're in great hands with anyone. I can honestly say, even after only 3 months of working out there, that I have seen significant positive growth in my body and confidence that I have never seen before. Cam is truly a fantastic trainer - he is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and has pushed me to be better. He created a personalized training plan for me that we’ll adjust as my goals change and he helped me create a nutrition plan. I consistently go up in the weight I’m lifting every week and I owe all my success to Cam. The community at OneBell is warm and friendly and makes me feel comfortable every time I’m there. “I can hardly believe it, I've finally found the perfect workout class studio that also happens to be a woman-owned small business (bonus!). The instructors are fantastic. The classes themselves are low impact so I never feel like I am going to injure myself even though I am working hard. Each workout move in class is given many options to fit all abilities. I've come to trust the workout system they have and know that if I keep sticking with it I'll continue to gain strength and flexibility.

The studio space is gorgeous and so thoughtfully put together. It feels lux and like home at the same time. The staff and the others (mostly women) working out are friendly and this is a place where one could meet friends, or at least create a support circle. It feels nice being recognized by others in class.

As a side note, a Trader Joe's is just steps away, which is a post class highlight for me, as I don't live near one.”

“I came to Sweat440 in Chelsea through ClassPass. I like that they have start times every 10 minutes so there is flexibility with scheduling. It's a mix of strength and conditioning circuits, four ten-minute cycles. It was a pretty good workout, and used a mix of equipment (sled, bike, free weights, SkiErg, etc.) The music was fun and upbeat. Only complaint is that the coaches don't really correct your form so you need to know how to do the exercises, unless you can learn from what is displayed on your screen.
You also have to tell them it's your first time at the front desk and they will walk through the workout. Would recommend for the convenience and variety of exercises though!”

“Been a member here for years and just moved away, so I have to leave, genuinely bummed about it. Equipment’s always well maintained, place stays clean, and it’s never so packed you can’t get a workout in. Staff are helpful when you need something and leave you alone when you don’t, and a few of them remembered my name and asked about my training goals, which says a lot. Owner’s around a lot too and actually cares about the place, not just running it for profit. Locker rooms and showers are kept up well. No weird fees or sales pressure. Going to miss this place. If you’re in the area, worth joining.”

“I absolutely loved my intro class! My instructor made me feel comfortable and supported the entire time, going into a new experience. The EMS technique is data driven and I was able to hear and learn about real results which makes me so excited to start this journey! This place deserves 5 stars because it really is a great addition to your fitness journey and can truly change your life. I couldn’t say enough positive things about the class. The location right by the Ditmars subway station is unbeatable and makes it so easy to stay consistent. The manager is incredibly professional, and the entire team always greets every member with a smile. The facility is top-notch, with brand new workout machines, a great variety of classes, and a sauna. As an added bonus, their Rock bar makes fantastic protein shakes, juices and smoothie.
