“Hands down the best UPS Store I've visited and I'm happy its my local one. Whenever I have to visit another UPS Store, the difference is clear. The workers are always on top of it, never complaining or giving attitude, and they are fast! The woman whom manages the store is always working hard and is always polite. I've been seeing less of her these days but the younger people she's hired are the same. They were trained well. I'll be sad when I have to move!”

“I received a very friendly and helpful customer service at the store. Great service at the store!
My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

“Efficient and super-friendly staff. My go to place for packages. Today I had to resend a document package because I had forgotten to sign a document and the nice guy at the desk gave me a discount on the re-send. He also proactively monitors overnight package progress to make sure there are no issues. That is what I call professional service!”

“Top notch service every time. Also, they handle UPS, FedEx, USPS - you name it. AND they take passport photos! The staff is patient and kind, even tho I have witnessed first hand customers being total jerks and treating them horribly. In spite of how they are treated, they are kind and patient anyway. This is a local business that we need to STAY in business!!!
oh yeah - one more thing - jerky entitled customers .... be kind. Their job is hard.”
