I was at wit's end with a script and not only did he have what I needed in stock...btw..I had searched 32 other pharmaceutical locations to no avail! He was also able to secure me an online coupon to help with my copay. He was a delight the entire transaction. I recommend this location for anyone thinking of doing business for their health needs. “Since I arrived here, they have been understanding and very professional. Sometimes the wait time is long, but they treat you very well. Even my teeth have improved thanks to their dental department. I am very happy. They also use an app where you can enter your problem and they will automatically and interactively send and schedule an appointment with your doctor.”

“The pharmacy staff are always really nice and helpful, as are the people who deliver my meds.I wouldn't recommend trying to reach them via phone on Monday around 9am, any day during lunch hours or 4-5pm, and all day Friday, or you may experience long wait times on hold. Spent two hours on hold on a Friday over the course of five phone calls, all at very different times of day, ultimately spoke to no one. Had to call back on Monday. Boo.”

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes the time to explain medications thoroughly, something you rarely get at big chain pharmacies.
The service is quick and personal, and they genuinely care about their customers' well-being. I appreciate the convenience of being able to speak directly with the pharmacist without a long wait.
They call monthly before filling prescriptions to make sure you need it.

“This pharmacy is not that bad. I fear it suffers from frustration bias - meaning all the frustrated people complain and give bad ratings. I believe they are short staffed and overworked. Overall, it is fine. Yes, you have to go in twice to get a prescription filled - once after your doctor has sent the prescription over and ask if your prescription is ready, and then a second time in 15 or so minutes after they have prioritized your prescription. I haven’t been there for a flu shot in a while so I won’t comment on that. There are plenty of moderately satisfied pharmacy customers who use this pharmacy.”
