“Location is 1 yr old, so nice n new. Pretty safe n convenient, altho loading area is sparse if peak hrs. Best is the cs. Dimas walked us through the process n was patient, thorough, clear, had a grt attitude n knows his stuff. Please give the man a raise. When storage is this $$$, you can pick n choose the best rates, but customer service has to be right up there too. I hope this place only hires ppl like Dimas.”
“The three gentlemen who delivered my bed frame were so conscientious and helpful. Not only did they remove my old frame, they also helped me lay down my rug (measuring to ensure it was in exactly the right spot) before assembling my new bed frame on top of it. They were so careful about everything they did that my apartment looked better after they left. They couldn't have been nicer or done a better job. It was a very stress-free, pleasant experience. Would def recommend.”
