“I visited Suit Man for the first time this afternoon and have already told five other people about it. This was one of the best menswear buying experiences I've ever had. When I walked in, Jared came right over and greeted me - I told him what I needed in 2 separate men's button downs, and he provided tons of options and suggestions for styling the fit. It was such an awesome experience - thoughtful, high-touch, but not pushy or stuffy. “I'm a very satisfied customer since the 1990's. When my knees, hips and feet are feeling painful, I'll walk into Threads and Treads, explain my problem they will find the perfect fit brand. The owner is very knowledgeable, carefully assessing the gait of the sneaker being fitted. I usually walk in there miserable after using on line retail shops or larger stores where I buy the wrong sneaker and suffer. I walk out of Threads and Treads happy and relieved wearing a new pair of properly fitted sneakers I can wear for fitness for months. I highly recommend this wonderful shop!!! Thank you! “This review is long overdue, but I’m still thinking about it, so I’m finally writing it!
I had a last-minute event and ran into GAP looking for something to wear. To be honest, I never feel great in jeans, so I usually avoid them. But I decided to give it another try. I ran into the first staff member I saw, her name is Evelyn , and she was amazing from the start.
I used to work in retail, so I always feel bad asking for help, but I told her about my last-minute event and how I usually struggle finding jeans that make me feel good. I’m petite with a bit of curve, which makes shopping (and fitting rooms!) stressful sometimes. Evelyn completely changed that experience for me. She made me feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
In less than 20 minutes, we found the perfect pair and it turned out to be the only petite size left! I left feeling so much better than I expected to.

Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”

“Rothman's is that store that magically has both (i) exactly what you were looking for, but weren't going to buy online because, you know, the good stuff often needs alterations, and you're the kind of person who tries things on and wants an honest take, and (ii) staff who can suggest new/different pieces to punch it up or round it out or add the perfect accent. Ken Giddon and the whole crew know their customers, their inventory, and what's coming in and out of fashion (and what's always in style, which is more my thing...).
