“I was recommended by someone to take my 2023 BMW M50I to this shop. When I talked to owner Eddie I asked him to fix my car as it was from the factory. And truly I was not disappointed my car was fixed and looked like from the store. The color is matching, all the lines are even and interior was clean and armorall treated. “I have been going to Sam's Auto shop for my cars for a few years now. As we all know, unless you are a real car mechanic, you have to rely on your auto shop to tell you what's wrong with your car, what it needs, and how much it will cost. You are pretty much at their mercy. I recently had an experience that made me realize how honest, caring and reliable Sam's Auto shop is. My son had borrowed our older Jeep Patriot and had travelled to Vermont with it. When he returned back to Brooklyn, the car was making weird noises when he turned the steering wheel. I told him to get it checked with a local Greenpoint mechanic who his friend uses. The Brooklyn mechanic looked at the Jeep and came up with $2700 bill which included, oil change, brake fluid, power steering pressure line, return bleed and refill system, alignment, heater core, engine mount, front tires, front and rear brake pad and rotors. WHAT!!! I had them do the oil change and power steering which still cost me $800 and brought it back to Sam. He put the car up on the lift and assured me there was nothing wrong with the brakes, charged me nothing. I just wanted to share this story and say Sam's the best.”

I purposely drove almost 2 hours to this location as the reviews were the best out of all the Honda locations in NYC (for me). Went in to fix my headlights that the original place I purchased my vehicle from gave me faulty lights. At this Honda location however the experience was awesome, everything got covered by warranty & only thing I paid for was the oil change I needed. Nothing more, nothing less. About an hour wait & boom I was on my way back home! Would 100% be strictly going to this location for all my vehicle repairs & concerns. Thank you to the staff, I called to verify my appointment & received great service & quick responses. I only leave reviews that deserve it, this right here is a gold standard review.
