“With so many complaints these days - I needed to share some positives: I recently had the pleasure of meeting Nick at Ballard's at the Roosevelt Field mall, and I must say that his customer service was exceptional. My wife was looking for some home decorations, and Nick went above and beyond to assist her with her selections.Not only did Nick help my wife find exactly what she was looking for, but he also provided valuable insights and recommendations on other items that would complement her choices. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart.What impressed me the most about Nick was his friendly and welcoming demeanor. He made my wife feel like she was his most important customer and ensured that her shopping experience was enjoyable and stress-free. Nick was patient, understanding, and provided a level of personalized service that is rare to find these days.Furthermore, Nick assisted my wife with some returns, making the process quick and easy. He handled everything with professionalism and courtesy, which made the experience hassle-free. And - with so many things to do - we ended up leaving some receipts there - and - upon calling back, found that Nick had already scooped them up, put them in an envelope with our name on it - and set it aside in the office. “We had an awesome experience at Raymour & Flanigan, and our sales person Abdul went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went as smoothly as possible.
He was incredibly patient while we took our time deciding on the right couch and never made us feel rushed. We actually purchased our sofa in white initially, then came back the very next day to change the color, and he made the entire process quick and hassle free.

“Nancy and Joe are quite literally the greatest people I have ever worked with they are the co owners of this business that has been in the family for over 20 years today when I was there joes son was there helping out sweeping cleaning cabinets playing and shuffling cards and honestly he is one of the cutest kids i have ever met and today was his 13th birthday I have know him since birth as I was always close to the Composto family and always see pictures of there Beautiful family they have done multiple of kitchens and bathrooms for me and I have never not been cared for they answer the phone as if I was the number one priority they have cheap prices for work I would have paid 4 times the amount Joe and Nancy charged I would recommend them 11/10 times.”

“After calling around many different table pad companies, this company had the best price and from the reviews I read, the best quality work. I wanted to gift a table pad for my parents for Christmas and I had called a couple weeks in advance, but unfortunately, they said they probably would not receive it until closer to January. I still went ahead and ordered it and figured I would just give them a card with a picture of it on Christmas morning. To my surprise, I received the table last week, a whole week before Christmas! I spoke with Mitchell on the phone. His customer service was above and beyond if anyone is considering giving this company your business, I highly suggest it! “Super nice people. Family owned. I came with a request for a new set of legs for my dining table and a picture of a designer table I liked. Leo made a sketch and discussed the details with me. I was told that I might have to wait a couple of months for the work to complete and was offered a temporary set of legs, which I gladly accepted.
