The Gucci store location at the Americana Manhasset provides shopping & dining in one very easy to access location.
The quality has always been top notch & Ive never had an issue with anything I bought here.
The service is always stellar, helpful & professional. The staff is attentive yet not pushy.
The store is beautiful & always upgrading its styling & design. I love that!
Security inside the store and out is good, so Ive always felt secure.

“It is a beautiful store with great layout and staff but why are the only sizes out Xs, S and M? I know those items come in L and Xl so why not put them out instead of having the average and larger sizes ladies ask for every item they need because if it’s not on display. I am sure store does well but If my sizes were out on display I wouldn’t walk out empty handed almost every time.”
“I visited Vilebrequin to buy matching bathing suits for my husband and kids as a Father’s Day gift. The store is on the smaller side and tucked toward the back of the shopping center, so it wasn’t the easiest to find. Once inside, though, the experience was excellent. The sales staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to show me different options and make sure I found the right sizes for everyone. The quality of the swimwear is outstanding, and the entire shopping experience was easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this store for its high-quality swimwear, exceptional customer service, and overall pleasant shopping experience.”

“Nadine was amazing, patient and tried so hard to find me the right outfit. Only thing is the store was out of my size in most pants so I was disappointed. She did a great job however and I purchased the cutest flats a pretty blue shell.”
“Not sure why reviews are negative. As you walk in there is always at least one person to greet you. They offer refreshments and are great in ordering the item you need free of charge in two sizes for you to try. I then had the item altered and ironed kn the store by their tailor. Amazing high end place. Be back.”
“Overall I had a great experience at the store I ordered the wrong size shoes and had to return them, everything went well customer service was very nice. The representative was very helpful. Now the security guard made me feel very uncomfortable he was watching me the whole time as if I was going to take something, he kept his eyes on me up until I left the store . I didn’t give him a reason to watch me the way he did but due to him I will not go back.”

“I love the cleanliness and the professionalism at Hirshleifers! I've had my eyes set on a Medium Classic Chanel handbag with gold hardware but it's been tough getting my hands on one. I've left my contact info with Anita and visited the Chanel boutique the day after a restock but only to find out that they have been sold within 24 hours of delivery. On my first trip, I was able to see a Large in Caviar and a Small in Lambskin. On my second trip, I was able to see the Medium in Caviar and in Lambskin but both with silver hardware. The employee let me try on the Small and the Medium to see which I liked more and told me to keep in touch with Anita because the bags come and go. I was glad that I could finally narrow down the type of handbag that I wanted since it is such a big purchase.”
“My overall experience at the store is generally okay. But there is one salesperson Ramon who makes shopping there great. I meet him when purchasing shoes, he took the time to show me many styles and now he will always take time to reach out when something comes in that he thinks I will like. Many times he has sent me pictures of handbags that he thinks would work well with items I have purchased. He is always a pleasure to work with and always makes you feel welcome .”
“I bought a Suit for a wedding that I was traveling for .. it required a decent amount of tailoring. I was nervous about it being ready on time . I have to tell you the job they did was first rate and the suit looks amazing. Thank you very much”

“Great store love Macy clothes n this location but cosmetics sales help in smash box n ester lauder have attitudes. I've spent hundred of $$ over the years but yesterday I only pick up the essential items- I will go to Nordstrom for the rest. The cosmetic reps were condescending and ageist . ( ester lauder - when I advised her the foundation she put on me was too drying the gal from across several tables told me "well YOU rubbed it on so much of course it's dry". I say how bout showing me another product. I'm not 30 something maybe that is the problem??) The smash box guy appeared with dirty greasy hair made up n nail polish chipped but maybe he was being fashionable?? Echh . Anyway he tried a color in my hand which I didn't care for at all! And he said in a nasty tone " if you didn't rub it off you might like it". Again how bout showing me a different color ?? ). I walked away.”
