The Gucci store location at the Americana Manhasset provides shopping & dining in one very easy to access location.
The quality has always been top notch & Ive never had an issue with anything I bought here.
The service is always stellar, helpful & professional. The staff is attentive yet not pushy.
The store is beautiful & always upgrading its styling & design. I love that!
Security inside the store and out is good, so Ive always felt secure.

“It is a beautiful store with great layout and staff but why are the only sizes out Xs, S and M? I know those items come in L and Xl so why not put them out instead of having the average and larger sizes ladies ask for every item they need because if it’s not on display. I am sure store does well but If my sizes were out on display I wouldn’t walk out empty handed almost every time.”
“Overall I had a great experience at the store I ordered the wrong size shoes and had to return them, everything went well customer service was very nice. The representative was very helpful. Now the security guard made me feel very uncomfortable he was watching me the whole time as if I was going to take something, he kept his eyes on me up until I left the store . I didn’t give him a reason to watch me the way he did but due to him I will not go back.”

“I love the cleanliness and the professionalism at Hirshleifers! I've had my eyes set on a Medium Classic Chanel handbag with gold hardware but it's been tough getting my hands on one. I've left my contact info with Anita and visited the Chanel boutique the day after a restock but only to find out that they have been sold within 24 hours of delivery. On my first trip, I was able to see a Large in Caviar and a Small in Lambskin. On my second trip, I was able to see the Medium in Caviar and in Lambskin but both with silver hardware. The employee let me try on the Small and the Medium to see which I liked more and told me to keep in touch with Anita because the bags come and go. I was glad that I could finally narrow down the type of handbag that I wanted since it is such a big purchase.”

“Not sure why reviews are negative. As you walk in there is always at least one person to greet you. They offer refreshments and are great in ordering the item you need free of charge in two sizes for you to try. I then had the item altered and ironed kn the store by their tailor. Amazing high end place. Be back.”
“The first time I walked into this store I thought omg this place is heaven! Then I met this sales associate named Margo. I have been shopping with her ever since. She not only knows how to style like nobody's business, she can read what is making me feel good about myself and helps guide me so I buy the things I will actually wear and love, which is why I keep going back. She even referred me to Lauren in shoes because she knows he knows his stuff and he's awesome also! She's a team player....that says a lot to me! The store has a specific selection of beautiful things that for sure have been hand picked by Lori and Marci the Hirschleifer family.....and they know how to pick out the best of the best. If you're ever there and get the chance to meet them they are always super friendly and kind...and if you get to meet Margo it's a win win win! Thank you for being my favorite store!!!”
