“I truly had an amazing experience at the Manhasset Loro Piana. I walked in and was enthusiastically greeted by both store representatives and helped by them both. Diane was especially welcoming and helpful. Truly made my first time shopping at Loro Piana an astounding experience to remember! I will be a lifelong customer for Diane due to how she made me feel like family and was extremely patient with me trying on multiple sizes to find the perfect fit. She even ordered me 2 venice walk loafers and kept me updated via text. She let me know when to come back to get them and turn around time was superb and fast. I also purchased summer walks at her recommendation and I am absolutely in love with them!Thank you so much Diane and thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy!”

“It is a beautiful store with great layout and staff but why are the only sizes out Xs, S and M? I know those items come in L and Xl so why not put them out instead of having the average and larger sizes ladies ask for every item they need because if it’s not on display. I am sure store does well but If my sizes were out on display I wouldn’t walk out empty handed almost every time.”

“I came into the store today for a return, unfortunately I misplaced my receipt and I ordered my items online. Lenny and Jesse were having a hard time with the system and taking back my items. Not once did they say we can’t do it or gave up. They did everything they could to process my return and refund my money. I stopped going to Roosevelt and other locations not that they were a bad experience but because Mendell made the experience here perfect every time and any corrections ever needed be more than takes care of it. He knows exactly what to point out to fit your figure and body frame. He knows what options are best for the occasion or whichever business or casual events you will be wearing the attire in. He makes sure to resolve anything and goes above and beyond with his service and has a great personality. Always a fun time going down and he’s great always reminding you of the best sales going on! “I've been here more than a handful of times either to look at Chanel, Valentino or YSL bags and shoes of course. All the SA are very friendly and I never once felt uncomfortable or looked down upon. They have a nice selection of everything (designer bags, clothing, shoes & accessories) but they weren't what I was looking for. Sucks that the Chanel ballerina & Espadrille flats run small & narrow and I have wide feet so I could never wear them. I was always into the Chanel WOC in black caviar with gold hardware and just found out recently that they had changed their snap closure (hard to open & close) to the new magnetic closure. My birthday is right around the corner and I want it! They only get in a few every now & then and always gets sold within hours. I've been inquiring about it for a few weeks, the SA took down my number over the phone and said she'll text me whenever they get it in. No luck. I decided to go in the store when they first opened on a Tuesday (1/18). Jane, the most amazing SA took down my number that morning and she called me at noon informing me that they had just got in a shipment and to come now so I drove there immediately. No hold permitted. First come first serve. I got there within 15 minutes, the line was out the door but luckily she let me in through the side door. It was really busy and bags were flying off the shelves, it's crazy! Long story short, it was my lucky day and also my first purchase from here and I absolutely love it! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to my hubs for the beautiful bag and "Jane from Chanel"! The Hirshleifers Loyalty Program- spend $7500 ($750=1 point) within a twelve month period, get a $500 gift certificate. I'll pass.”
