“All I was going to do was discuss an issue that I was having with my bill and leave, instead I met a business woman, by the name of Lynn Serrano. She was highly intelligent in the services that she was providing and explaining towards me and I really felt as if I was being sold by every single word that she was saying to help get me to purchase and product and I can completely say that I was and will be going back tomorrow to make a purchase. “I cannot recommend this business highly enough. After another local shop didn’t even bother to try fixing my laptop, I brought it here. It was a race against time because my computer wasn't charging and was seconds away from dying completely.
Unlike the other place, he didn't give up. He was incredibly dogged and persistent, working incessantly right in front of me for over 30 minutes until the issue was solved. It is rare to find someone so honest, capable, and personable. He is a person of great integrity who truly deserves your business. If you want someone who actually cares about the result and won't overcharge you, go here. We need to support professionals like him!”

I wanted to send a complimentary letter but I figured I would put it in this text. On April 2nd and 3rd I went up to TMobile in the Whitestone Shopping Center. I met two very valuable, kind, intelligent, helpful and kind employees. They were Vinny & Ali. These two were the best. If it's time for a raise, they deserve it too. They worked so hard to help me and they did!!!
On April 2nd, before, I went to Whitestone I went to Whitepoint Shopping Center and there was a young man, maybe Italian or Spanish, they were nasty, mean, lazy and told me they can't help me. I went to Whitestone and they helped me. If raises are coming DO NOT GIVE IT TO Whitepoint Shopping Center. Don't deserve nothing!!! Have a nice day!!!!”

He not only answered all my questions but provided me with the best options in getting me set up with a new phone. “This review is long overdue. I’m not a T-mobile customer but lost my iPhone in an uber. I went into the store and Esteban was quick to help me get connected to WiFi on my laptop and track my phone down. The entire staff was supportive but Esteban M is the epitome excellence in customer service. Thank you for being a good human being. T-mobile definately has an asset in him. Grateful.
