I placed an order online, expecting same-day pickup, only to receive a notification that my item wouldn’t be available for a few more days. Enter Kathy C. to the rescue! When I called the store she politely placed me on hold while she personally searched for a solution, and when she returned, she had great news—my order was available after all! Thanks to her diligence, she saved my Valentine’s Day. Kathy C. went above and beyond, all while being incredibly courteous and professional. Exceptional service like this deserves recognition—thank you so much, Kathy!.C
Update: I went to pick up my order today sadly I did not get to meet Kathy. C who assisted me over the phone yesterday still in addition to my positive experience with her , I want to highlight how seemingly excellent the entire staff is. In particular two sales associates that were especially helpful today , going above and beyond to assist me. Kelly. C who retrieved my purchase and not only offered a box but took care to wrap when she discovered it was a gift and ( just when you thought the last name must begin with C for the all stars Stefanie .S enters the chat ) Stefanie greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and conversed as easily as if we were old friends at a kitchen table instead of a sales counter catching up on shopping experiences.

“What a wonderful class of people who work at this particular location, especially Angelo! i went purse shopping for my birthday and Angelo spent almost an hour with me showing me everything & anything i wanted to see. i didn’t feel like a bother to him at all. While i shopped around indecisive on what designer i wanted to purchase, he texted me telling me the history of the bags i was looking at beforehand. The ENTIRE staff treated me as if i was royalty. Angelo was truly so kindhearted, if you’re looking for a bag, go to this location.”
“It is a beautiful store with great layout and staff but why are the only sizes out Xs, S and M? I know those items come in L and Xl so why not put them out instead of having the average and larger sizes ladies ask for every item they need because if it’s not on display. I am sure store does well but If my sizes were out on display I wouldn’t walk out empty handed almost every time.”

“I came into the store today for a return, unfortunately I misplaced my receipt and I ordered my items online. Lenny and Jesse were having a hard time with the system and taking back my items. Not once did they say we can’t do it or gave up. They did everything they could to process my return and refund my money. They were so kind and polite and really tried to do everything possible to help me and they did!!!AMAZING service ! I’ve never had sales associates try this hard to process a complex return!! “Great store love Macy clothes n this location but cosmetics sales help in smash box n ester lauder have attitudes. I've spent hundred of $$ over the years but yesterday I only pick up the essential items- I will go to Nordstrom for the rest. The cosmetic reps were condescending and ageist . ( ester lauder - when I advised her the foundation she put on me was too drying the gal from across several tables told me "well YOU rubbed it on so much of course it's dry". I say how bout showing me another product. I'm not 30 something maybe that is the problem??) The smash box guy appeared with dirty greasy hair made up n nail polish chipped but maybe he was being fashionable?? Echh . Anyway he tried a color in my hand which I didn't care for at all! And he said in a nasty tone " if you didn't rub it off you might like it". Again how bout showing me a different color ?? ). I walked away.”
“Not sure why reviews are negative. As you walk in there is always at least one person to greet you. They offer refreshments and are great in ordering the item you need free of charge in two sizes for you to try. I then had the item altered and ironed kn the store by their tailor. Amazing high end place. Be back.”
“I bought a Suit for a wedding that I was traveling for .. it required a decent amount of tailoring. I was nervous about it being ready on time . I have to tell you the job they did was first rate and the suit looks amazing. Thank you very much”
“I love the cleanliness and the professionalism at Hirshleifers! I've had my eyes set on a Medium Classic Chanel handbag with gold hardware but it's been tough getting my hands on one. I've left my contact info with Anita and visited the Chanel boutique the day after a restock but only to find out that they have been sold within 24 hours of delivery. On my first trip, I was able to see a Large in Caviar and a Small in Lambskin. On my second trip, I was able to see the Medium in Caviar and in Lambskin but both with silver hardware. The employee let me try on the Small and the Medium to see which I liked more and told me to keep in touch with Anita because the bags come and go. I was glad that I could finally narrow down the type of handbag that I wanted since it is such a big purchase.”

The sales staff is friendly and helpful. The same real estate was once occupied by another famous retailer: Abraham & Straus.”
