“I cannot speak highly enough of Nahari Stallworth and the service he provided. He was kind, attentive, and patient with all of my questions. He was also very apologetic about how long it took to get everything taken care of. I would give five stars, but the wait was very long, especially with only two employees working initially. Throughout that time, Nahari was helping multiple customers while also supporting a new employee who had many questions. He remained patient and helpful with everyone he assisted. You have a great employee in Nahari. He represents your company very well, and I truly appreciated the excellent service he provided.”

“Sam, Verizon's Manager, was head and shoulders above and beyond people today with his customer service. You don't get this kind of service anymore. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and found me a great deal with a new phone to boot. Everything with transferring my provider and setting up my new phone was done quickly and expertly with no fuss, no muss. I am super grateful, especially being an Uber driver. Thank you, Sam. Thank you Verizon.”

“Classic audio equipment presented for sale and repair. It was like walking into a time machine seeing and hearing beautifully restored vintage Marantz, Pioneer, Crown, Thorens and VPI equipment once again. Hionfi brought back many fond memories of my early days with audio equipment. Well worth the time.”

“The woman who was working today when I stopped in around 11:30 was absolutely amazing with her customer service, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. She was the only one working and 3 of us came in about the same time, she was able to balance taking care of us and answered the phone with the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve worked customer service jobs most of my life and she was awesome. Cricket should give her a raise.”

“So this is one of those places that you want to pin on a map, and keep the number in your box of stuff. I have been there a few times over the years, and I ended up scoring the bits to bring my relics back to life well past the warranty that expired around the time the paper schematics disintegrated. I will mourn the time this place goes away. Keep up the great work you guys!”

“I had a problem/question with a CB setup I installed in my truck. I stopped in and one of the employees talked through the possible problems, and in all of maybe 15 minutes he was able to figure out and correct the problem for me. It's worth noting, I had already spoke to the manufacturer of the radio, and even they were unable to figure out the problem. Very happy with my experience here.”

“It's Target, what more can I say? It has all our essentials and then some. Sometimes it's mommy therapy for a casual stroll around, and sometimes it's a quick "drive up" to go order to stock up on literally everything and anything we ran out of. I love using the target app to check out the weekly offers and get $5 in a gift card for stocking up on whatever we needed to get anyways. :)”

“The employees at this location, make every experience so pleasant. Linda and Jaya this morning Completely shifted me out of a funky mood and focusing on my pain and troubles into feeling connected with the world again and I left singing and smiling. It wasn’t about their return or the purchase. It was about human connection.”

“Updating based on Best Buy‘s new (or newly enforced) policy; my phone screen had cracked and was under warranty and the last time I came in for a new screen protector, they put it on for me no questions asked. Now it is seven dollar upcharge to install a phone screen protector. That’s the kind of easy Customer Service that would’ve gotten a 5 star review. Hope the nickel and diming is worth it Best Buy.”

“We went to other cricket stores and were frustrated with service until we came to this location and Michelle was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We were ready to leave cricket for another wireless provider but after our visit we will happily continue to be on their network.”

“Last week I had an issue with my phone. Every time I plugged in my charger I would get pop-ups of ads. I tried to remedy this on my own and of course you know what happened. Other things get screwed up. So I hiked down to the Verizon on Erie Boulevard in Syracuse and was helped by a young man named AJ. It took a long time to figure out what was wrong with the phone and I thought it was hopeless. Just when I was losing all hope AJ yelled Eureka! He really didn't yell Eureka but did say I got it! I have no idea what it was even though he told me twice. He said it was something hidden somewhere lol. The phone was back to its normal function! This man's patience is incredible. I am forever in his debt I didn't want to lose anything that was saved on it. This must have taken him at least an hour and he did it! Kudos to AJ!”
