“He put my mind at ease, I had dropped my phone, the screen had some cracks in it. It also was doing some weird things with dimming the screen. He had told me it was because of the cracks that it was doing that.
I have insurance on it, they came right to my house to fix it. It was fixed in like 5 minutes!”
“I had a problem/question with a CB setup I installed in my truck. I stopped in and one of the employees talked through the possible problems, and in all of maybe 15 minutes he was able to figure out and correct the problem for me. It's worth noting, I had already spoke to the manufacturer of the radio, and even they were unable to figure out the problem. Very happy with my experience here.”
“Yesterday morning i went there to have my cellphone reopened after applying a password by mistake, the guy name was jesse or john he warned me he had to do a factory reset and i might lose all contacts and apps, but he opened it with factory reset, and all apps contacts and everything came back. nice pleasant guy very professional.”

“I am so happy I called this T-Mobile and got helped by Sarah. She is attentive, fast and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store in about 90 minutes.(Very fast time compared to the 4 hours I spent at a previous t-mobile that day and got nothing accomplished)Sarah made sure everything got transferred over. Made sure my phone was set up accurately. Even gave me suggestions for thing I can do later on with my plan. She broke down all of the benefits of my plan and answered every question I had. AJ was very helpful as well.If you need something done right, go to this T-mobile.I was a former sprint customer so they help them as well.Highly recommend.”
“Nice and clean store, friendly and helpful staff, good selection of phones some being only offered by metro. Prices are misleading but not super expensive. The service and activation price can add 70+$ onto the total. Bad parking lot makes traffic difficult.”

“Spoke with Bill today. I went to the tall ave store. Bill helped me getting a new phone, did not pressure me trying to go with the highest price. Gave me the best phone in my price range. Bill made sure my new phone was in working order, transfered everything from my old to my new and answered all my questions. I drove from the Solvay area to this one because the one in Western lights store were total jerks. The music was so loud that you couldn't even hear yourself talk. If I ever need anything else I will definitely be seeing Bill at the Tall Ave store. If I was able to give him a 10 star rating I would of. Thank you for hiring a wonderful employee. Mary”

“We purchased an Xbox one x used. We got to the car and decided to look real fast to make sure everything was there when I noticed the thick amount of dust covering the insides. So I took it back in, and she agreed it was unacceptable and used a blower to clean it. She then turned it on, and it made a bizarre sound. We agreed it was not an adequate device, and she made the calls to other stores to get me set up with another one. We were able to get it and have everything transferred successfully. I don't remember her name but she was pleasant and helpful.”
