“My first mistake was purchasing appliances from a big box store. Our delivery was delayed twice, and it was looking like it would take a month or more to receive everything if there were any additional delays.
I decided to check out Ra-Lin's website to see what they had available. I was hoping they carried the same models we wanted, and my next concern was whether they had them in stock. I called and spoke with Cate, and I can't say enough about how helpful she was. I explained our situation, and she quickly put together quotes for the models we wanted. We completed almost the entire transaction through phone calls and email, making the process incredibly easy.
Two of our appliances were delivered the very next day. The third arrived at the store a few days later, and we picked it up ourselves. Unfortunately, that appliance was damaged. I emailed Cate the same day, and she immediately responded, letting me know she would order a replacement and try to have it available as quickly as possible. The delay that followed was due to the manufacturer not releasing the order for pickup, which was completely out of Ra-Lin's control.
Despite that setback, Ra-Lin delivered the replacement appliance 4–5 days later, and it was perfect. Throughout the entire process, Cate went above and beyond to take care of us. Her constant communication and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.
The big box stores would not have provided the level of service and care that Cate and the team at Ra-Lin's gave us. We will definitely be purchasing our future appliances from them.

“I had a problem/question with a CB setup I installed in my truck. I stopped in and one of the employees talked through the possible problems, and in all of maybe 15 minutes he was able to figure out and correct the problem for me. It's worth noting, I had already spoke to the manufacturer of the radio, and even they were unable to figure out the problem. Very happy with my experience here.”

She was the only one working and 3 of us came in about the same time, she was able to balance taking care of us and answered the phone with the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve worked customer service jobs most of my life and she was awesome. Cricket should give her a raise.”

“So this is one of those places that you want to pin on a map, and keep the number in your box of stuff. I have been there a few times over the years, and I ended up scoring the bits to bring my relics back to life well past the warranty that expired around the time the paper schematics disintegrated. I will mourn the time this place goes away. Keep up the great work you guys!”
“I stopped in here on a whim to look into making a long overdue upgrade to my phone, and to cancel a watch line that was no longer in use. I was completely unaware of any of the current promotions available to me as I don't watch TV or come into contact with ads often due to how I interact with most Media. Having had precious issues making alterations to my plans and account when making my own attempts through the website I was unsure of what to expect, but I honestly wasn't expecting it to be a pleasant experience. Let me be clear when I say my experience was the complete opposite, and honestly the best experience I've ever had in my 20 years of dealing with phone carriers. Between the assistant manager who took lead in facilitating the transaction for me, and the manager and other associate making suggestions, answering my questions and explaining the promotions along the way...I left the store with a substantially lower monthly payment than I previously had(50 less/mo), while ending up with multiple freebies, and significantly discounted accessories which on their own retailed for more at full price than I spent on 2 transactions that left me with a free current year Samsung tablet(with service no additional cost/mo), a new home internet provider, and an upgrade to the current years top tier Samsung flagship phone. I don't think I could be any happier or satisfied with the products and services I received, and I must say I felt absolutely no pressure to make any additional purchases at any point during my at most 40 minutes in the store. Big shout-out to the team at this location, I highly recommend them and trust they will stear you in the right direction. Lastly, not only did my monthly payment go down for t-mobile, but switching to their home internet is actually saving me another $110/no that I no longer have to give to spectrum for home internet that sure is pretty consistent but has outraged at an unacceptable rate, and is subject to constant price hikes they don't warn you about. I got 2 free months of $55/mo home internet that is locked in for 5 years, and unlimited! You can't beat that. For those who read this in the future understand in some ways I did get lucky happening to walk in father's day weekend to some great promotions, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the service provided at this location, so if you generally use a different t-mobile location, let me tell you, it would be well worth a little extra drive out of your way to stop at this location, they will 100% get you the best options to suit your needs. Thanks again guys!”

“Small seven-eleven. Pump price is average. Staff are nice although not very experienced. Hot dogs look good. The buns are soft too. Overall delicious. They don’t have mini tacos. Food stock is low. One unisex washroom. It’s reasonably clean.
A lot of $1 or $2 specials. Seeds are 2.79 while most charge 2.99.”
