Battle Grounds is the best PC repair and knowledge shop on the entire island hands down, no one else compares. I’ve been working with them for 3 years with just under $10,000 between PC’s and Laptops. They make good on their word and make sure to educate you and actually do what’s in your best interest instead of other shops just taking your money and getting the most out of you. I literally call 6 months ahead and have full on discussions with them about future upgrades and builds and they always take the time to do to confirm what my options are down to the smallest detail and even come up with ideas with me and they always do it with the respect of my budget while trying to get me the best outcome. Every PC and laptop has run better/stronger that I bring to them at an actual fair price, they do not price gouge period. They shoot you straight and give you all the options with your wants in mind. Here’s proof of a PC they’ve been working on for 3 years and also will be doing over $1200 of upgrades later this year. “The store was clean, check out was great, and of course the selections are great, only negative was when I arrived home I discovered the cashier had bagged my eggs poorly and I didn't notice it during check out so when I arrived home I had 4 cracked eggs. Too far back to the store for a refund or replacement.”
“Still a great store. My go-to when my wife is in the other stores on this side. The employees are always very polite and very informative, several times I’ve asked for information and if they didn’t know they’d ask another associate or try to find the answer. I’ve gotten speakers, my Mac, games, headphones and more from this particular Best Buy. The one hour store pick up has also been very convenient at times. Also they saved me $200 from the last Mac purchase (which was the sales tax -_-).

Not a lot of the other issues that you have with other 7-Elevens and the Selden Coram Middle Island area. Typically well stocked, coffee never tastes burnt. At least not when I've been there. Larger layout than other close by 7-Elevens.”
