“Employees are hard working and very friendly- the deli/ mart is always clean and being cleaned. Fresh fish sandwich on Friday's is always great- love the service- order it in the afternoon and pick it up when I walk in the door on the way home from work.”

“I had just moved here five years ago I was stranger, came in on a regular base and was able to build a karate with this whole people that are amazing and as it was also said before and I just messaged this to the one in the store about cleaning up the outside and not having all these people come, and mob you, because they want a dollar a quarter constant when I first moved here but like I said it has definitely cleaned out and I find it to be a friendly environment and protective environment for myself”
“Out of all the Byrne Dairies I’ve been to, this location is the BEST! By far. Dave and the crew treat people like customers. Like they really value your business. I order large quantities of cheeseburgers and breakfast sandwiches and they’re always ready on time and excellent quality. If Byrne Dairy management was smart, and they aren’t, they would duplicate the way these employees run this store. Hats off to Dave and the crew at Byrne Dairy Lakeland for doing an excellent job every day.”

“My husband and I are from Rochester and had never been to Skaneateles before. We decided to visit yesterday for my birthday to look around and grab some lunch. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in the car as soon as we got there. I called AAA for assistance, but your employees (I don't know their names) were SO helpful. They gave my husband a tool to try to get the door open, which didn't work. One of the young girls there went to her car to see if she had anything in there that would open my car and another young man came out with a modified tool to see if he could open my car. Although none of these things were successful, we just wanted you to know how much we appreciated all their help. They certainly went over and above their job descriptions!! You should be proud to have them as employees.”

“This is an awesome Mom & Pop convenience store. The staff are uncommonly friendly, and their selection is great compared to other gas stations. Kind of a "diamond in the ruff" when compared to the chain gas/convenience stations out there - highly recommend.”

“Finished up working over by this location. Every morning Id stop in and grab a sandwich or a coffee to get my day started. Kingsley the manager was always on top of things and made my mornings which a lot of the time were hectic to begin with a lot easier to get through. Top notch service!”
“Shocked this station only has 3 reviews previous to mine.... The gentleman behind the counter (the only one I've ever seen working there) is one of the most genuine and nice people I've ever come across. He is ALWAYS positive and when I leave there I honestly am in a better mood from his 10 second interaction with me.... I ended up being $1 and some change short on something today and I basically had to argue with the guy to not take the money out of his own pocket. Obviously I'll be back 10 times over to repay that, but good people like him don't exist in the world..... If you are having a bad day and you want to be in a better mood just stop at this gas station!!!”
