“I will say they were some interesting characters at the Walgreen but the staff was very professional and you can get a good sale I mean I got two lotions and the big 32 ounces for $1.50 just have to look around but what time clearance what's on special and just stay away from the crazies if they're there that's all I can recommend that point”

“My husband and I are from Rochester and had never been to Skaneateles before. We decided to visit yesterday for my birthday to look around and grab some lunch. Unfortunately, I locked my keys in the car as soon as we got there. I called AAA for assistance, but your employees (I don't know their names) were SO helpful. They gave my husband a tool to try to get the door open, which didn't work. One of the young girls there went to her car to see if she had anything in there that would open my car and another young man came out with a modified tool to see if he could open my car. Although none of these things were successful, we just wanted you to know how much we appreciated all their help. They certainly went over and above their job descriptions!! You should be proud to have them as employees.”
“Shocked this station only has 3 reviews previous to mine.... The gentleman behind the counter (the only one I've ever seen working there) is one of the most genuine and nice people I've ever come across. He is ALWAYS positive and when I leave there I honestly am in a better mood from his 10 second interaction with me.... I ended up being $1 and some change short on something today and I basically had to argue with the guy to not take the money out of his own pocket. Obviously I'll be back 10 times over to repay that, but good people like him don't exist in the world..... If you are having a bad day and you want to be in a better mood just stop at this gas station!!!”

“I have always loved the byrne dairy stores. Best chocolate milk in probably the world!! I did have an issue with an employee there but management handled it well. I don't expect perfection lol but you guys come close oh and more dollar cheeseburger days!!!!”

“We just ordered a breakfast pizza from here! They were SUPER busy but yet they made everything go smoothly they were friendly and just outstanding and our pizza was out of this world delicious and exactly what we were craving. 5 stars just isn’t enough for our service today!”

“I stopped in 4751 Onondaga Blvd at 6:00 Sat 10/19 to print ONE 5x7 photo for a gift on 10/31. One and one-half hr later, I was able to leave after a horrid experience (for me) with technology in order to do so - which should have taken five minutes. I would like to give kudos to Zi and Isaiah - especially to Zi - for helping me out the entire time. Her patience was phenomenal and her ability to calm me down (technophobe that i am) and think outside the box about the whole ordeal - reassuring me that I would have the dang photo when I walked out the door, which I did. I wanted to snail mail a ltr but Isaiah told me I’d be better off giving a review on the web site and that his manager checked them. I just wanted to be sure Zi was commended for her expertise in technology AND customer service. Thank you.”

“Wife and I went here after a long day of walking around for a famous deli Sandwich. Unfortunately there was a sign that said the deli was closed. We asked if it was closed for the day the young lady at register said she can see if anyone is available to help out there. There was another young lady who happily helped us out despite the sign. We asked what's up with the sign and she said they were short staffed, the news didn't break her spirit as she still took care of our order. We then went to cash out ,getting in the somewhat long line on the warm day and before us was a difficult customer. They bothered me as a customer, so I can only imagine what the cashier was going through. She wouldn't let it bother her and just before she could answer the customer who rudely demanded ice cream. A gentleman worker came in and immediately clocked in and helped his co workers and they took care of the customer. Morale is they kept it professional despite the difficulties from this customer. We applaud these workers and wanna say they definitely took care of us in a friendly manor afterwards.”
