“While I cannot speak to the companies actual performance I can inform all the 1 star overly upset people that EVERY forklift dealer/service provider charges an hourly rate AND travel time which is usually capped at 1 hour regardless is longer, if under 30 minutes sometimes a 1/2 hour will be billed for travel..... And to people saying "it takes 10 minutes to get from XXX to XXX" you must also not be aware service techs are dispatched from job to job so just because it may be a 10 min drive with NO TRAFFIC & at 3am does not mean during primetime driving time in NYC & 5 boro's that you can get to one place to another without speeding and running lights..... Many service vehichles are commerical and cannot drive on parkways, only the L.I.E and Van Wyck...... And having worked for or with handfuls of dealerships through the years especially NEW customers are always told the labor rate, travel charge, waste removal, etc.. Why? Because we do not need hole in the wall, "new" customers whom know nothing about the way this business works refusing to pay afterwards......”
