“Hi everyone! I highly recommend MS Car Repair Shop in Queens. Three years ago, I had a serious AC problem with my Honda CR-V. The dealer repaired it, but the same problem came back after two months. A friend recommended MS, and they fixed it properly with original parts at a very reasonable price.
Since then, I’ve been coming here for oil changes and any car repairs. Honest, reliable, and great service. Highly recommended—and they even offer you a great cup of coffee!”

The owner was friendly, thorough, and honest—he inspected my car promptly, explained the issue clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me. He recommended replacing the radiator, hoses, thermostat, and antifreeze, quoting $350 for labor and $350–$450 for parts.
Although I ultimately had the work done elsewhere for less, this shop would have been my second choice. Prices are especially competitive in this area, and even a $50 difference matters. Overall, I highly recommend this honest and professional shop—5/5. I’ll definitely return for future service.”

“Frank of Astoria Auto Repair is truly the best - he went to small claims court with me a decade ago and helped me win against a used car dealership. I bought a new car in 2015 so we didn't see each other for a long time. This year, my car has been having troubles- I've taken it to the service center twice and each time they tell me nothing is wrong with it. I replaced the battery myself. Finally, this week, it's straight up would not start, so I called Frank. He told me to bring it in same day, diagnosed the problem same day, and even called the place I had gotten the battery to notify them, complain on my behalf, and ensure I'd be able to get a full refund for the purchase!Frank really cares, is an old school expert, and I hope you will give him your business, should you have need!”

“My wife and I had been going to Adiel's for car repair service for years. So after I had an accident in which a car rear-ended my vehicle into another car in front of me, we knew where to go immediately.
We didn't know that the business had been sold to Avid. But what a blessing that turned out to be. Avid was legendary in his kindness, attentiveness, and assistance. Truly, I cannot overstate the incredible quality of service we received. Even though Avid clearly had many clients to support, he made me feel like I was the only one with his attention to my case.
As an English teacher, I value communication skills above all else. Avid explained everything to me in the clearest terms, both aloud and in writing via text messages. He told me exactly what next steps I needed to take and what I could expect. At all times, it was clear that he was speaking from a wealth of experience, knowledge, and legitimate expertise in the world of auto repair.
Everything he told me to expect played out exactly as he described, and I followed his instructions to a very agreeable resolution. At all times, the communication and support were stellar.
As the situation resolved, I told Avid that he's now our guy. We will be bringing our new vehicle to Avid for any service needs from this point forward. Thank you, Avid, for everything you did to support us!”
“Have been going to Mohammed at United Motor Service for many years, maybe ten. We recently had a person swipe our car and damage the door. He helped us provide proper receipts for insurance, order a new door and replace. We even had scratches that they repaired without us even asking. We dropped off the car and had a rental for a few days. When it was time for pick up, he even met us at the car rental place with the fixed car! This is what I call VIP service! Though I can’t guarantee everyone gets this. Here’s some before or after pics.”

“If you have a convertible top problem, especially on a special car, I cannot recommend McCoy’s Upholstery highly enough.
I brought them my 2009 Bentley Azure after the rear glass separated from the convertible top. This car means the world to me, so I was nervous about making the right decision. From the beginning, Christina and the team at McCoy’s were honest, kind, patient, and incredibly professional.
They explained that the proper long-term solution was to replace the top, and I’m so grateful I trusted them. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. The top looks perfect — truly perfect. You would never know it wasn’t made in a factory in England. The fit, the finish, the details, everything looks exactly as it should.
Christina was wonderful throughout the entire process. She called me with updates before I ever had to call her, kept every promise, and made me feel like my car was in the best possible hands.
This was a major repair, but it was worth every penny. The feeling of seeing the car fixed correctly and looking this good is hard to describe.
