“(March 2026) I called Verizon Center Moriches )location close to my work)regarding my iPhone not turning on. Jaime suggested I stop in so he could take a look at it. He was one of the most professional and knowledgeable customer service reps I have dealt with. He tried diligently to get it to turn on and restore my data. No luck. I had a power surge while my phone was charging and in use so perhaps it blew up! Anyhow he suggested I bring my iPad to him to see if he could get photos, texts, etc. Due to his expertise, and courteous demeanor I asked his opinion how I should proceed. He suggested the best deal would be an upgrade to the iPhone16 after reviewing my Verizon account. He contacted the Sayville (Sunrise Highway) location to have the phone shipped there. Sayville is much closer to my home. I placed trust and faith in Jaime. ( I did pick up the new phone the next day in Sayville) Laura at the Sayville location was extremely accommodating and equally as knowledgeable. (She will get her own review under Sayville location). If you are in the Moriches area and need any assistance with your iPhone - I highly recommend you see Jaime. You will not be disappointed!!!”
“First off we all know how hard it is to find a business you can trust to do the right thing and have integrity so please listen to this stellar review especially since PC’s cost a lot and they are very important to us as Gamers, Programmers, Video Editors etc. I’ve lived all across the country and as we know there are more bad PC repair places compared to the amount of good working honest accountable ones. Battle Grounds is the best PC repair and knowledge shop on the entire island hands down, no one else compares. I’ve been working with them for 3 years with just under $10,000 between PC’s and Laptops. They make good on their word and make sure to educate you and actually do what’s in your best interest instead of other shops just taking your money and getting the most out of you. I literally call 6 months ahead and have full on discussions with them about future upgrades and builds and they always take the time to do to confirm what my options are down to the smallest detail and even come up with ideas with me and they always do it with the respect of my budget while trying to get me the best outcome. Every PC and laptop has run better/stronger that I bring to them at an actual fair price, they do not price gouge period. They shoot you straight and give you all the options with your wants in mind. Here’s proof of a PC they’ve been working on for 3 years and also will be doing over $1200 of upgrades later this year. Please support real businesses like Battle Grounds as we all know the landscape is slim/far and few of integrity built businesses that actually hold themselves accountable to their work and do what’s in the clients best interest.”

“One of the better 7-Elevens in Middle Island. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Very clean. Not a lot of the other issues that you have with other 7-Elevens and the Selden Coram Middle Island area. Typically well stocked, coffee never tastes burnt. At least not when I've been there. Larger layout than other close by 7-Elevens.”

“My husband went in one morning to buy minutes for my cell phone and the cashier made a mistake and gave him minutes for the wrong carrier. I was so upset bc they say they're non- refundable. But I went back 2 days later and spoke to the manager and he was the only person that can do a special return like that. I was so happy and he was so polite. They're gonna be renovating the store so it will be closing soon for like 2 months. I'll miss them those 2 months but it will be worth it when they open it back up! Good luck guys and thanks again!”
