Verizon store. The service is amazing. I was switching service from another carrier. I arrived at the store later and had lots of info to transfer to the new phone. The manager Ray stayed until the job was done. The was professional and polite providing incredible customer service.....he closed the store over a hour after regular closing time. ? ????”

I was transferring a number to Cricket and ran into some problems with accounts/passwords etc. She was very patient and helped me find the info I needed, looking things up online and making calls to tech support, all while assisting other customers who came into the store. She never got impatient or made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time (I was there for about an hour.) Thank you Tehara so much for your help and my sister loves her new phone!”

“went in to change my phone, the person who assisted me was great. however, they added services onto my account without saying anything. i don't blame the workers, it's management that forces them to do things like this. considering many of these locations are low traffic, management holds these metrics over the employees heads. rather than properly train their employees on proper selling techniques, they push them to "slam" services onto accounts in hopes that customers will not notice, or notice too late. this allows them to say they're doing a better job selling services to corporate, when in reality they are using deceptive practices to deceive and steal from hard working men and women who already don't trust them.”
