I always wanted a place I could trust and go to forever rather than always trying a new place w an uneasy gut feeling each time. I just wanted a place I could ALWAYS TRUST. I want others to know what an amazing place it is and that they can trust it fully.
Don’t procrastinate getting your car looked at if you sense something is off. There have been times I have taken my car there only to have John tell me everything is fine or explain if it’s a minor issue and how and when I should deal with it. There were times he had a moment to spare and said let’s hop in it and take a drive so I can listen. He will tell me if it’s something that can wait or if a less costly way is ok to do or if it’s worth it to pay for something more reliable. Whatever it is, I know I can trust him completely knowing he is keeping me and my family safe either way. I know that the advice he gives me is the same advice he would give his family or friends. You can see it in his eyes that he is a honest man.
Speaking of family, his daughter Mackenzie is always so friendly and professional just like her great role model father. Not only do I trust John but because of the integrity he has, I know I can trust anyone working there. I know he wouldn’t have it any other way.
I never even minded waiting for my car to get fixed because it is enjoyable to sit and listen to the genuine, honest and kind customer service John provides any customer over the phone or in person. It is reassuring knowing that good, honest, hard working people still care for others the way he does. It’s like a free dose of soul comfort that I get to take home with me. I know others waiting there feel the same way I do. You can see it.
I recently bought a new car and I gotta admit I’m a little sad I won’t see the Bayberry Automotive team as often as I used to.

“I had a great experience at this Mavis location. We were able to get an appointment the very next day, which was a huge help. The person at the counter was friendly from the moment we walked in. While we waited, we could hear him dealing with computer issues that were affecting inspections, and he handled every call with real empathy. He took the time to apologize to people and explain the situation clearly, which says a lot about how he treats customers.
The shop was not the fastest that day, and it seemed like they might have been a little short staffed for the season. Even so, everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and committed to doing the job right. They took responsibility for the problems caused by the machine going down and made sure people knew what was going on.
In a world where everyone expects instant results, it was refreshing to see a place that prioritizes quality work and genuine customer service. If that is what you value, this is a great place to go.”

“I came in today, Christmas Eve, because a mistake was made. Windshield washer fluid made its way into the radiator reservoir tank. At first, I was quoted $159, but he said he’d take $40 off. Already leagues ahead of Valvoline. Then, when he realized it was only in the reservoir, he tested it and said it was fine, but could dump the tank and start fresh for only $25. Valvoline would have tried to add several services, not save me money. Kudos to Carlos and your team for putting the customer on top! You have definitely earned my future business.”

“Sales people went above and beyond to try to get a vehicle that had all the features I wanted. Although it was not possible to accomplish all of my requests I got a beautiful vehicle real close. The reason my requests could not be met it was manufacturing that’s the problem not dealerships. We found this with pretty much all the different makes of vehicles. Mainly for me it is color selection and interior color. BLACK is pretty much the only interior color especially carpet. Many people want better choices and all the companies should listen to consumers but obviously do not. Everyone does not want White, Black or Gray!!”
