“Logan was incredible. Admittedly I’m not great with cars. From first entering the store, Logan was so friendly and offered assistance. He spent time ensuring all of my car issues were diagnosed and that I was so well taken care of. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service. I was traveling at the time that I stopped in, and had a long drive ahead of me - Just thinking about how honest, and kind, and caring he was, gives me faith in people in general. “Met Neil at the dealership when I brought my vehicle in for recall. We discussed the body on the truck as whether it was warranty or not. Of course it wasn't but took it to Neil's shop and he replaced front fender and repaired tailgate. Just returned to Neil for bumper replacement and front fender. Neil did a great job on my truck both times. His workmanship is spot on and the prices were very affordable. I hope to not need to return to Neil for bodywork BUT if I need it, Neil will be my guy. But called in a rush to find some plug wires for my girlfriends car, which was stranded in Lake George, he was quick let me know they didn’t have any but the south-glens falls store did which was only 10-15 minutes away from where I was going anyways. Fast picking up the phone, fast parts look up and fast letting me know where to go.”

I am a manager for one of the competitors out of state and I felt the need to recognize Rob for coming out to see if I needed help swapping out the bulb. It was minutes to close, dark, and raining, and he came out with a flash light and some tools to see if I needed help because it seemed to be taking a while.It is easy to get frustrated with an auto parts store because, let's face it, last minute and emergency repairs can be extremely stressful, especially when it impacts our livelihood.
