I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. While I was away on vacation, my beloved dog George suddenly became very ill. The team immediately stepped in and provided excellent care. When it became clear that he needed to be euthanized, they showed the utmost compassion and empathy.
Even though they were fully booked, the staff rearranged their schedule to fit me in so I could be with George. They even kept him comfortable overnight so I could rush home and say my final goodbye. Their kindness during such a painful moment meant the world to me.
The care didn’t stop there — some days later I received a beautiful condolence card in the mail, personally signed by the entire staff. It was such a thoughtful gesture.
Losing George has been incredibly difficult, but this team made the process so much more bearable by going above and beyond for both him and me. They treated George with love and dignity.
