“I hadn’t seen a dairy barn in ages. I needed a toothbrush quickly and didn’t want to get out of the car. As soon as I saw the dairy barn, I had to turn around. I got to speak to the owner, Sam who’s been there for 16 years. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He took care of me and I was back on my way home quickly. Excellent experience.”
“5 stars is the Very Least we can give! Tavlin is at the top of my list of stops for fresh clean vegetarian and vegan foods! I get excited to see what’s still sitting on their bakers rack in back.. you’ll find delicious soups, fresh hummus. Different types, Dubai chocolates.. frozen homemade foods.. you Must Go and see for yourself! Tavlin is a true Gem right here in our neighborhood! They also recently renovated and what a positive change that makes filling your basket even easier. They do part trays as well.”

“Assalamo Alaikum bhi.3:30 pm today I bought beef and if you see the cc photage, the butcher can clearly be seen cleaning nose with back of the hand. I appreciate your hallal service but please please train staff for hygiene along side hallal. Hallal means also best hygiene practices as Hazoor PAK taught us.I have been buying meet from Maharaja and other hallal places they use good quality tissue to clean nose water and never give an impression if meet was touched with nosy hands or sneezed upon. Please take my suggestion and boost your sale. Only because of this reason I buy it somewhere lease. Last time I personally complained the brother there but rather he used insulting words and told me not to make a purchase (buy some where else).Please bother to fix this issue and help Muslim community best hygiene in your store please pleaseI did not have any other way to reach you. “As with most Trader Joe's, a happy shopping experience. Took a little one to the bathroom and found it scrupulously clean. With the LIDL, Wendy's , Taco Bell and Burger King adjacent, I recommend entering from eastbound Merrick Road and exiting via eastbound Merrick Road. The turn onto or off of westbound Merrick Road can be harrowing.”

“This supermarket has many of the typical offerings you would find at the larger brand named supermarkets but it also seems to also cater to hispanic items not typically found in the larger supermarkets. The prices are very very reasonable and it seems very well cared for and stocked. We dis not see any self check out and the 8 or so lines were staffed with employees that were very quick and polite. Everything appeared fresh in the vegetable , meats and the fish counter.”
“I cannot thank Sal, Angela, and their team enough for making my son’s birthday dreams come true and creating this truly amazing Spider-Man cake. Their customer care and meticulous attention to detail is unmatched. The cake was huge, delicious, and the price unbeatable. I have a lot of experience buying custom cakes at bakeries in the area and I can confidently say no one comes close to Salpino’s on price and quality. And for me, the experience is just as important as the finished product, and Salpino’s wins on both. They are definitely my go-to for cakes from now on and I highly recommend!”
