“My pup has a chicken allergy and Pet Supplies Plus in Albany has a great selection of food, treats, and snacks that don’t contain chicken. I’m always greeted at the door. Prices are super reasonable too!”
“I have been to Eddie's several time in the past 10-15 years. They have been consistently good with their stock choices, staff is knowledgeable and friendly.”
“Wow! What a variety! Funny I have driven past this place for years and never gone in, but happened to be in the area and needed something and didn't feel like going out of my way so I stopped in and was blown away! Amazing variety and selection, nice doggy baths (although being right up front kinda sucks for nervous dogs), prices weren't too bad. Staff was friendly. I'll be back (:”
“We love Healthy Pet Center! The ladies that work there are always so kind and helpful and patient, not to mention so loving to our dog. This location has a wash station and even a cute little space to take your dogs picture on their birthday or gottcha day. They have a great selection of food and treats and you always know it's good, safe choices for your dog. We visit often just to walk around for enrichment and it's the highlight of our dogs day.”
“Found this place and Stephanie is wonderful! My dog who doesn’t love many people or the groomer seems to not mind coming here too much! And she always smells amazing, is so soft and shed free !”

“Will differently go back. Had nail done on Ares. The girl who did it was patience and kind to him. Talked to him while cutting his nails. You did a great job thank you.”
“Natalie K was extraordinary helpful today. Natalie went way out of her way to find what I wanted as it wasn't on display yet. It was still wrapped up on a shipping pallet. Thanks again Natalie.”

“I like this Store. People are nice, my dogs are welcome and they have a good selection of stuff. If I need something for one of my dogs, I usually wait for the weekend when I am in this area to come here to get it.”
“The groomers are great. They’re kind to the animal, patient with them, and skilled. My dog is a bit of a nutcase when it comes to getting his nails done, but between two or three of the groomers, they were able to get it done without much difficulty except for a lot of hysterical screaming on the part of the boy. lol. I have gone back twice now and plan to continue to do so.”
“What a great store focused on birds ! We brought our 3 young kids there as we are exploring the possibility of having a pet bird. We were very concerned if our kids would be too jumpy for the birds. The staff here were wonderful and welcoming to us and we were able to interact with a beautiful tamed cockatiel. We will definitely only use this store if we do decide to have a pet bird.”
“They were very informative. Took their time with me and my pet. Answered all my questions. Emailed me in a timely manner of all my records from the appointment. And we're friendly to us both.”

“The staff at Pet Stop is wonderful and caring. They have a very nice kennel. They take great care of my pets . I started using their kennel services after I felt I’d been grossly overcharged by another pet boarding facility in the area.”
“Well-stocked, larger store. Lots more traffic here, and associates are always busy cleaning up and keeping the store stocked. A few more associates and patrons who don't act like the animals they keep might help keep the store from looking like madmen ran through it.
Associates are always nice, even though they look like they've been run through the wringer.”
“Helpful and friendly people who are really good with calming stubborn and irate cats. They made it so he never noticed when he got his shots, which was a big accomplishment.”
“I needed to buy an engraved dog tag since my dog lost her’s. Walked in, asked cashier, he told me they don’t make them. Thought I’d just browse since I was there. Two different employees asked me if they could help me. I was shocked! Thank you so much for your friendly customer service!”
“I brought my puppy in for his first grooming experience to this location. The staff were all super friendly to me and my dog. Shannon was the stylist who worked with our puppy and she was wonderful with him. He was so happy after the experience. We will definitely be back!”
