Sam immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem, which was caused by 2 large nails in my tire. He was friendly, knowledgable and quickly looked up prices for me and explained the process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, organized and had a tv. I was driving away in less than an hour. “Brought to DiLorenzos after trying to take a newly purchased MGB up the road to a different shop who has classic cars out front. Come to find out that after a day of no work and berating because I had the parts they needed and even offered to let them charge me again for them because they never use parts brought in by the customer, they couldnt do a simple break bleed and switch replacement even though their mechanic swears he has restored hundreds of them. I dropped off with Charlie on a tuesday afternoon, and by wednesday the breaks were bled, reverse light switch was replaced (the part was correct btw) and car passed inspection. Not only that, but they took time to explain possible pitfalls that they have seen with the MGB in gereral and what to look out for. Provided me with a voucher for emergency tow service as a new customer, and some eye candy with the classics they were working on in the back. Thanks guys appreciate your time and your professionalism. Love a well run family business.”
“Mark is the real deal. Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact. Recalibrated all four tires, shared some Italian-car wisdom, and had me rolling again. Shops that take pride, deliver top service, and shoot straight are unicorns. Mark and his crew earn five stars, no question!”
“Thank you to Frank and the crew at the Deer Run location for their honesty and integrity. Brought my daughter’s car in to replace all tires after she hit the curb. But they determined there was no real damage and the tires didn’t need to be replaced. Additionally they fixed a damaged shield underneath and recalibrated the system for no cost!”
