“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY.
On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.
A huge thank you to the entire Delta Sonic team and the good Samaritan who brought my wallet in. Your kindness made a lasting impact.... it’s something I’ll never forget.

“Had a gift card for KwikFill that I inherited and didn’t know whether it still had anything on it - I tried to use it inside for gas, but the card reader didn’t recognize it, so I assumed it was trash. The employee working inside actually called to check whether it still had anything on it—it did—and he was going to come outside to tell me and give it back to me before I left. Absolutely above and beyond customer service that was very much appreciated. Thank you to the person working here right now, I hope you get some recognition for this because you deserve it.”

“Exotic Snack Factory in NY is a hidden gem in the mall!**
I recently stumbled upon Exotic Snack Factory while shopping at the mall, and I have to say, it's one of the most unique and fascinating stores I've ever visited. The concept is really interesting, offering a wide variety of snacks from around the world, many of which are familiar brands but in flavors that are almost impossible to find elsewhere.
The store is well-situated in the mall, making it easy to pop in while shopping. The layout is inviting, with shelves stocked full of brightly colored packaging and intriguing treats that immediately catch your eye. It's a snack lover's paradise!
My kids absolutely loved it here. They were thrilled to find so many fun and unusual snacks, from different flavored chips to candies we had never seen before. It's a great place to explore as a family, and we spent a good amount of time just browsing and picking out new things to try.
The staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and even letting us sample a few items before buying. This really added to the experience, making it not just a shopping trip but a little adventure.
I found some really interesting flavors of brands I’m already familiar with, which was a fun way to mix up our usual snack routine. Whether you're looking for something nostalgic or something completely out of the ordinary, Exotic Snack Factory has something for everyone.
Overall, I highly recommend checking out Exotic Snack Factory. It's a fantastic addition to the mall, and whether you're shopping for yourself or looking for something to delight your kids, this store has it all. We’ll definitely be back!

“I like this establishment. There is always the same lady working on nights when I stop in she is very pleasant. I always stop in here for a coffee after my delivery right beside them. The coffee is always good. I always grab a snack as well. I especially like it because I can get my semi in easily without disrupting the gas bar. Always a good experience here.”

“This is my go to spot in the neighborhood. I like the wings and fried shrimp from here. I'm here daily and chose to buy a house in this neighborhood because of everything available on South Clinton. Alot of hidden gems....trust me. If you a pothead and foodie...you would know. I always get my booze from here....no reason to give a gas station 1 star......why you so mad about Chicken....I see people order all the time so it must be good.”
“This is just a small gas station with a few things inside but I usually just get my gas and go. I just have their little card, not a charge card, but I swipe that through and get .03 off a gallon from the displayed price. No need to go in! Quick and easy!”

The machine wasn't working and he went above and beyond, contacting managers and even letting other employees know I was going to keep checking in. 2 days before Christmas someone got the machine working and I was happy. I haven't been able to get there during Mike's shifts but a huge thank you for all his help ?”
“Been buying Geek Bar vapes and they're SO GOOD. But they just got the made in USA, Raz brand vapes and they're just as good. The Raz vapes took a day to get to the really awesome flavor, but being made in the USA I trust them the most. Top 12 always has the best selection of premium disposable vapes. Best vape shop in Western NY that I've ever seen. Every flavor they've suggested has been excellent, and they won't steer you into an unpopular flavor just to push inventory. They're 100% trustworthy.”

“They have an excellent dunkin donuts drive through that I use at least once per week. I use to use the car wash, but it is no longer toothless, so I will not use it. And as far as gas goes I have nothing against theirs per, but I now own a plugin and only used a total of 42 gallons of gas in 12,000 miles”

“I love their self service car wash. It's a very economical way to wash your vehicle.
I run Sunoco fuel in my car (have been for years), and they sell Sunoco at very competitive prices. My car's engine can tell the difference.
The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly too.”
“Regardless of the insane prices of the rest of the store I absolutely love Walgreens photo and their coupons and the adorable photo gifts they come up with! On my recent visit I purchased 2 acrylic photo cubes, size 2x2, and was so blown away by the cuteness and quality that I ran around my office and showed everyone!!!! They are heavy and solid and the clear acrylic makes the photo really pop beautifully. For value and quick turn around I always turn to Walgreens photo.”

“Alaesha was my pharmacy clerk at 5:40pm on 10/18/24 at 2100 Monroe Ave CVS.
I was picking up prescriptions for my husband with lots of people in line behind me and told her the wrong birthday at first, despite her asking me to verify it twice. I also realized I had forgotten my purse in the car and needed it for the copay.
She pulled the prescriptions aside and packaged them so that they were ready for me after I ran out to the car.
She was very friendly and complimented how I accessorized my purse. The situation could have been very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me, but instead Alaesha made me glad I chose CVS that day.”

“Susan is the friendliest person in the world! Definitely go during the morning and early afternoon for genuine smiles and a positive attitude!!!!Coffee is good. Prices on sundries are on par with competition. They have ethanol free gas at the western-most pumps. Place gets rocking around lunch time.”
