“On a recent trip to Rochester NY from Tucson AZ my check engine light came in. I stopped at an Auto Zone to check out the code. I was told it was a fuel sensor and could safely continue my trip. On arrival at my sons in Rochester I ask him to take me to his mechanic. He took me to Browncroft Service Center. I spoke to Bob and told him the problem and that the engine was also using oil every day. He check out the car thoroughly and fixed the sensor problem. He also found a crack in the oil pan that was causing the oil usage. I told him to do what was needed to correct the problems. Bob kept me informed as to what they were doing and how much it would cost throughout the whole process. He promised the car back the next day and kept his promise. He was courteous and professional throughout this time. We left Rochester soon after and returned home to Tucson. I didn't need to put any oil in the car until we got home after 2500 miles and then less than a quart. A big thanks to Bob and the mechanics at Browncroft Service Center for a job well done. I would go back there any time I'm in Rochester.”

“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY.
On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.

“I have been going to this Sunoco for 6 years now and they are phenomenal! I have cheated on them and gone to a few other places like Firestone or Pepboys but Sunoco’s customer service and work cannot be compared. Mark always looks for the absolute best deal for me and tries his very best to stay under my budget. He explains to me what is going on and has always made me feel like I was in control of what was going on. I have an old car and when I lived nearby they sent people out to my house twice to get my car started. I have never felt like they were taking advantage of me or overcharging me and they have even used parts I have brought in myself. The atmosphere here is personable and they are all truly a pleasure to work with. I should also mention I have come in last minute plenty of times to have something checked out briefly and walked away without a charge.
They truly are the best and I dread finding a new mechanic when I move away.

“We have been taking our cars to Craig Barrese for years. My recent experience is just one example of why. We had a sudden failure of the starter on our SUV just a day before we were to load it up and head out on a multi-week vacation. Craig diagnosed it over the phone and despite being booked out for several weeks said he would try to take a look at it if we could get it towed in. I called AAA and waited for a call back from the garage. When closing time came I called to get a status report. I was told that not only had they made time to look at it but we’re working overtime to finish up replacing the starter. I rushed over to pick up the car so they could go home. As I picked it up I was told that because they had no open bays in the garage, they had to work on it in the parking lot (despite some rain showers that afternoon.) Now that is what I call service above and beyond!”

And as far as gas goes I have nothing against theirs per, but I now own a plugin and only used a total of 42 gallons of gas in 12,000 miles”

“Out of many gas stations the pumps shut off so I have to hold it and not pull the lever up all the way. I stopped at Kwik Fill and I was surprised it never shut off until it was full. I have CRPS so standing can be an issue and also, they have great prices compared to other gas stations. So now I mostly go to Kwik Fill ?”

“My car overheating on 590 thur way and I had to get to the closest gas station because I had my child with me so I pulled in there the guy in the store help and called his boss and his boss trying to help and told me it's not safe to drive so they say I can stay there until my ride came to pick me up and gave me a drink for free for my child. They were so nice and sweet.”

“This review is specifically for the man who helped me this past Friday 2/13. My tire pressure light started flashing on the highway and it got me spooked, and I ended up at this gas station. (Of course this happened on Friday the 13th, I just realized.) The man at the counter definitely saw my panic and took the time to help me put air in my tires, said maybe one of the pressure sensors may be dirty, and insisted he get me a free car wash. Wouldn’t let me Venmo him or anything. Are you kidding? I am endlessly thankful! And I will pass a good deed on when I can! :)”

“We have enjoyed shopping at the Bjs in Victor New York for many years. Recently, we've noticed that the store is not as organized as it used to be, and it is difficult to get help from staff. When we went in yesterday, we were unable to gain access to a few items that we needed because there were large carts and carriers in the aisles directly in front of the items that we needed. We were also unable to gain access to one of the products we needed because it was at the very top of the shelving still wrapped in a pallet and were unable to find someone that could help us. When we attempted to check out there was only one register opened and there were about 10 people in line. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the self check out so we ended up waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes. The store used to be so clean, well stocked and organized and it just hasn't been that way over the last couple of months, it's very disappointing.”
