“I only put mobile gas in my sports cars. I like this gas station and have been coming here frequently for about 8 years. Also, the products they sell are priced fairly. The car wash is pretty good for an automated one as well. I would give 5 stars but the chick that works the evening shift has the people skills equal to that of the youngest geologically formed rock on planet earth. When I ask if I can get X amount of $ on pump whatever the joke of "we're out of gas" got pretty old after the first 6 times.”

“We have enjoyed shopping at the Bjs in Victor New York for many years. Recently, we've noticed that the store is not as organized as it used to be, and it is difficult to get help from staff. When we went in yesterday, we were unable to gain access to a few items that we needed because there were large carts and carriers in the aisles directly in front of the items that we needed. We were also unable to gain access to one of the products we needed because it was at the very top of the shelving still wrapped in a pallet and were unable to find someone that could help us. When we attempted to check out there was only one register opened and there were about 10 people in line. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the self check out so we ended up waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes. The store used to be so clean, well stocked and organized and it just hasn't been that way over the last couple of months, it's very disappointing.”
