Katherine was extreme informative and had great communication with me through the whole process and Dennis was sure to update everything about the OEM parts for my car with me. Was told that my vehicle was ready however I was disappointed after I received a call back from their secretary Janice. Who informed me that the vehicle was still not ready after being in the shop for more than a month. Not withstanding that I eventually received my vehicle and I was satisfied. I must commend Ms. Fraser My triple B for her excellent service. She made my experience more tolerable and pleasurable.”

“Let’s face it….No one wants to get into an accident…but they happen…and after our car was struck from behind…I started looking for a local auto body place with a high rating…and although it was further than a lot of others… I went with K2 in Edgewater (which had the highest rating that I could find) and I’m very glad I did. I can honestly say that I could not have expected or asked for a better experience… From start to finish… I did not need to do anything other than drop off the car and pick up the car. Eric, the owner, took care of everything… he spoke with the insurance company and handled everything and there was ZERO out of pocket for me….It took less than a week, and it probably could’ve been a couple of days but when the manufacturer tried to send aftermarket emblems for the liftgate…Eric was not having it and demanded they send OEMs…which they did! Thank you Eric and K2 Auto Body for a perfectly executed job!”
