“They replaced my windows and both doors after someone hit my car. All parts they used were new and the car looked brand new after they painted, polished and detailed the interior as well. They worked with me through the insurance process, and the car couldn't have came out better. Plus they threw in a free thermos, new keychain and some air freshner. In case you need paint in the future, they give you a sample of what paint they used as well. 10/10 repair job.”

They dealt with the insurance company (which is never fun), arranged for a rental, and of course fixed the car - better than new! It even came back cleaner than before.

He is so reliable, honest, transparent and very communicative.
I reached out for a difficult dent to repair; what he quoted was very reasonable. He described why the dent is technically challenging to repair due to its position on the edge of the quarter panel; then when I took my car to him, he reviewed carefully again and assessed. He then worked on it for 4 hours!! non stop just to make it as good as possible for me. He also accommodated my other quick request taking advantage of on site with him to take care of. Result is very good by my standards yet the humble Marvin only claimed he has just “done his best”.
If you have a dent to fix and in this area, go there, no brainer.”

“My car was hit on February 22 at 6:20 pm doing the the start of the snow storm I was working a double shift I came home Tuesday night I got off the bus and I was walking home I look at my car I saw something I jump over the snow and that’s when I saw someone hit my car they didn’t leave a name or a number so I reach out to my friend I send a picture of it and I reach out to my family my car is only 2 months old and this happened my friend David toll me about 63 auto body so I call them I spoke to Katherine she said come in I left my car for two weeks they didn’t leave a Awesome job as you can see by the picture. When I got this morning it looks awesome like it never happened the staff a excellent they detailed the car before you pick it up and they work you and the own PJ is a excellent manager they will help you with your deductible as well so am saying this place is excellent bring your car there”

“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

High quality work, straightforward and fair pricing, and a bunch of kind folks to boot.
Our car was damaged from tree limbs during a recent snowstorm. My wife took the car in based on a recommendation from Geico. Al and Stef took care of her, took the car, gave it an accurate estimate of work necessary and walked us through the process.
Dealing with any insurance is rarely pleasant but I can't speak highly enough of Al and the Fiero team. Their honesty, even when it may result in less repair work and money for them, was refreshing and welcome in a trying time. They listened to our needs and gave sound professional advice along the way and were available if we had more questions.
The work we had them do was excellent, and priced fairly. If we decide to get more done, I know who'll be the first shop to call.”
