They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief! If she wasn't there I don't know what I would've done!”

There were also kids on the waiting room waiting for their mom in the back and the front desk staff turned on a Netflix movie for them. “I went for my annual Urine Testing. A Very Nice young Lady named Shania was my Technician. Shania was very polite and knew her craft very well. This is the only LabCorp that I have ever been to that had high quality cups to drink water out of. All the other LabCorp locations I have been to had low quality flimsy cups to drink water from. The waiting room, inside office and bathroom were very clean, well maintained. The entire facility is in great condition. The other ladies in the office were also very polite. Highly recommend! Thank you Shania for excellent service.”

“We took our 2 year old toddler to get blood drawn for the first time. We were understandably very nervous about it, we were hoping they could do heel prick but they only do venipuncture for one year olds and older.
The check in system was via electronic kiosk and was very easy and efficient. Their waiting area is rudimentary and clean. I would say they could utilize the space better and either get more chairs so that people are not left standing, or more kiosks for quicker efficiency.
They have about 2-3 phlebotomists when we went, so the wait time was really short - roughly 5-10 mins from entering and being called in. We also liked that the tv screen in the waiting area showed how many people are waiting and who is next to be called, to keep everything organized.
Our phlebotomist Usha was very skilled and competent, very calm with our toddler, however she did have to stick him more than once due to the vein rolling. But she was quick to get it on the second attempt, with the help of another phlebotomist holding our son’s arm.”
