“My mom just told me about this store and WOW! My new favorite place! I love crafting and organization and gardening and knock off products - Dollar Tree has it all! And it’s all like $1.25 or $5 max for bigger things. I even started watching ladies in YouTube who review the products and make crafty things with the DT things. This place has taken over my life but in a really good way!”

However today we needed support for our organization and had the pleasure of having Milton help us out. He was knowledgeable and patient with explaining what he was doing when I asked. This is the kind of customer service I always look for when dealing with a company. I wish I can give more than 4 stars because I definitely would have just because of the treatment we received from Milton.”

They were referred to me by a larger law firm and WTC have been all that I was told 14 years ago and more! They are so responsive to service, repair our printer and keep us supplied with cartridges so that we lose no operating time at all. The service team is excellent and helpful to explain any problems and repairs. The business team is a pleasure to communcate with about any problem. “I had a good experience with this company and will use them again. I had an emergency situation with our M630 MF unit, for months we got a maintenance kit low warning, we bought the kit, but was unable to call a tech for assistance to install it, as we had unreliable personnel issues to staff the office due to an employee's family's health problems. Upon the hiring of a new employee, we were finally able to deal with the issue, and AM cooperated in sending someone on an emergent basis due to my concern (not of their making) regarding the maintenance kit. Thank you AM and George (our tech) for knowing what to do.”
