“Selene was such a pleasure to work with! I didn’t have a great experience with where i brought my wedding dress from so I knew I didn’t want to spend another dollar with them and took my dress out. I googled alterations near me and Selene came & honestly the best decision! The day I dropped off my dress, I tried it on & she helped me into and fixed me up - for the first time, I felt beautiful in my dress and cried! You can tell she truly loves what she does. “This boutique is absolutely adorable! I am so happy my colleague introduced me to it as I've never even noticed it despite going to the UPS and shoe repair stores next door quite often. It does share a parking lot with King Soopers and few other stores as well as food places so plenty of parking! I am far from country and southern styles but this boutique literally has something for everyone! Fabulous and one of a kind jewelry (trust me, I tried to find similar items online with absolutely no luck, which is great). Really great clothing items as well. Some of the brands, such as KUT, can be found at Nordstrom but Wild Blue seems to select the best of the best so it's all ready for you to shop. Prices are very reasonable as well! I've introduced it to some of my friends, and literally all of them are already the repeat customers. I definitely recommend checking it out if you are nearby or it's also worth making a special trip (especially considering the fact that there are tons of amazing places to have lunch/dinner around so you can make a super fun day out of it).”

“We had the most joyous ‘In the Mood For Love Disco Glam’ wedding and it was simply the most magical experience we could have asked for! When we first approached The Tailory, I wanted a suit that reflected the playfulness and vibrancy in our sensibilities and our wedding design. We were playing with the classic reds and golds of a Chinese wedding but also the glitter and glam of a queer disco party.
And as a person that runs hot, I did not want conventional suiting and I wanted to wear shorts! I call my suit concept ’the mullet’, a short jacket on top and long shirt in the back, both for style AND ventilation! We came up with a cropped bolero style jacket, a long dress shirt that almost felt like coattails, and knee length shorts. Shao was incredibly helpful working with me on the silhouette, the fabric, and button selection, and incorporating red trim in a nod to our color theme. She also suggesting a silk shirt designed for flow and breathability. Working together was such a fun process, and I love the suit fabric we selected, a dragon embroidered pattern in shimmering blue green. I also love that all the elements could all be worn separately in the future! And a special shout out to the Tailory team for being incredibly kind and gracious in the final weeks for helping to finish Anna’s gold wedding dress. We felt so comfortable and glamorous on the day of, from the ceremony to the dance party rager in the evening. We felt like disco royalty and most importantly we felt like US!”

“Sylvia was able to help me last minute with getting a qipao for the tea ceremony for my wedding. She had many patterns and colors available and the one I chose needed to be taken in a bit at the waist. She was able to make the alterations the same day and we picked it up a few hours later. We will definitely be returning in the future as she has so many beautiful colors and styles available other than the traditional red.”
