I had a very old phone and he explained how I could trade it in for a much newer one with a watch.He spent over an hour trying to figure out my password because I had changed it so many times He was very patient and explained everything on the new features on the phone and watch.A very personable, patient guy who really takes time with his customers. I even brought my husband in to trade in his phone and Tony was just as patient with him .I recommend Tony as a top notch salesman at the T-MOBILE store on Dolsen Ave in Middletown.”

Logan who was also assisting us who is in training was also a tremendous asset to the team. Along side them was Andrew and Isaiah who were also very pleasant and professional. 5 stars to Anthony on the training techniques as well. The professionalism, the courtesy, the patience, the way they made us feel comfortable and not rushed. They answered all of our questions and provided information we needed without asking and explained all the details of the plan and coverage. “Good store with convenient location, hours, climate control and parking. Decent selection, friendly staff, shelves are well stocked. I especially appreciate the selection of pink blouses and polka dots' scarves. Fitting rooms are in exceptional condition, very comfortable. I found some difficult to find food items like restaurant-grade hummus. Highly recommended.”
