“The customer service at Videoguys is amazing. Let me explain: I ordered a SmallHD Focus Gimbal kit and when I had not received a tracking number after about 5-7 days, I called to see what was going on. Britt was the customer service agent that helped me and it turns out SmallHD (the brand of the monitor not Videoguys) had two issues. They unfortunately had a warehouse fire and the clamp that the manufacturer sent them for the gimbal kit was the wrong clamp that they ordered and kept breaking. Upon finding out this news, Britt and Videoguys offered me a reasonable discount and also sent me a link to a different gimbal mount that I could purchase in place of the gimbal mount with a kit.”

“This location is always clean, organized and provides friendly service.I love the $1 any size coffee deal via the 7-eleven app.The fresh baked pizza is as good as, if not better than, Domino's pizza ( which isn't saying much)The roller items are always good.The stuff in the warming bin (chicken wings, mini tacos, empanadas & meat pies) are always dried out and inedible.Ask them for a sample before you buy.They always make a fresh batch for me if needed.Hey, it's 7-eleven, would you expect more?”

“There is nothing like a brand-new store especially when it's big and bright with the smiling team of employees. This is the second 7-Eleven in Mineola and it looks like it's going to be a winner. Besides their regular food offerings, I love the fact that they carry a huge assortment of "stuff". When I came in today, on their opening day they immediately greeted me showed me the new store invited me to try the free coffee. Who doesn't like 7-Eleven coffee? There are so many varieties that I actually find it distracting but I am appreciative that they let me make the choice. I do want to note that I think their prepackaged rolls with butter taste great... just use a drop less butter.”
