“Buying appliances can be overwhelming, but Luis at P.C. Richard & Son made the entire experience simple and enjoyable. I went in looking for a washer and dryer and ended up purchasing a gas range as well because I felt confident in the recommendations he gave me.

“Christopher Ferrara was an incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating representative at the Verizon store. He helped us select two phones, transferred all the data from the old ones, set all the appropriate buttons, got us the appropriate charges, screens and phone protectors, etc — all in less than 30 minutes. He answered all the questions we had and was very patient with me and my wife. We are elderly and not that tech saavy so we really appreciated his patience. Whenever I return to that Verizon store, I will certainly ask for him.”

We purchased our full kitchen appliance package from him during our renovation a few years ago, and the experience was excellent from the start — he was knowledgeable, patient, and really helped us choose the best products for our needs rather than just trying to make a sale.
What really sets Appliance World apart is the service after the purchase. Recently, I had an issue with my Thermador dishwasher racks, even though the unit was out of warranty.
