My insurance company took forever to get the adjuster out to inspect the vehicle, the dealership took forever to get the parts but Otto's got the car put back together as soon as the parts came in and looking like nothing ever happened to it.”

“Received excellent service the other afternoon purchasing a new battery. The salesperson, Nina, was extremely helpful, and she was the only person working in the store at that time. I wasn't sure if my old battery would start again, and she agreed to lend me a few tools to install the new one. The car started so I left. But I was very impressed with Nina, who was taking care of a line of customers and answering phones, etc., etc., without an iota of attitude, impatience, or rushing the customers. Nina deserves both a very large raise and year-end bonus!”
