“The salesman, Vejex, was great. Very accommodating and understood exactly what I was looking for. The selection was limited but I was looking for a specific size and color. However, a $90 delivery fee for 15 miles away seems very steep. Especially considering I am willing to wait on a back ordered item and went ahead and put 30% down (more than required ). That delivery fee essentially adds $100 to the price. The big whoop $25 coupon they keep spamming me with - really??!! Very nice store. Corporate needs to recognize the extraordinary times and be more thoughtful/considerate. Thank you.”

I had a small issue with the chairs and after contacting Modani, they immediately resolved it right away through text! I didn’t even have to call anyone. Jenece is a great customer service associate, she was quick and helped with the replacement. Even when I forgot to reply back, she followed up and asked how I’d like to proceed. I was pleasantly surprised and I really appreciated her diligent work.”

“I really took my time before I decided to purchase the prosperity mandela primarily because of the cost. I have a large outside wall that needed sprucing up. I wanted a large enough mandela that can be seen from the road. The results was stunning. I did have to do a redo. The first try was i used a pouring acrylic paint and a roller. That didn't work. My 2nd try with a level 2 acrylic paint (thicker) mixed with the pouring acrylic and a large stencil brush did the trick.
I also bought the Blooming Flowers stencil for the rest of the wall. Will post a review on that when it's completed.”
“This place is a gem. There are so many items to choose from. They have fresh fruit/ vegetables and shelf stabled items. There are so many other items to purchase. I noticed they had breads, cheeses and jams for sale. They still have a good variety of potted plants and trees. The young lady who waited on me was very pleasant. Please visit/support this farm. You will not be disappointed.”

“This trip was one of so very many across the tenure of this shop. We lived here when it opened and welcomed its plants and interesting items across the seasons. But yesterday’s visit nearly resulted in a one star review. I was greeted with “I don’t know” from one team member and a follow up “try the shed” which I did to be told “do you have a phone try Google” and then a young man advised he was quite new and didn’t know about the plant zones. Given the primary business is a nursery one would hope this is basic onboarding. Ready to leave empty handed and ready to warn other potential shoppers to stay away, Anthony - the new guy, returned and was not only well informed having called his boss to get the right answer but professional and helpful. Tracey and Lainie (not certain in spellings) were the final push to give this a five star review. Know your industry please. Don’t ruin the reputation of a long-standing business through attitude. Or at the very least re-think your choice of working with people.”
