“Great staff at the unit in yaphank. They answered all my questions. I was signing up online and a staff member called me during the process to see if I had any other questions. I was able to sign up easily online. I was oriented to the facility when I arrived and shown how to use the lock they provided. It is clean and appears to be very safe. They have cameras all over the place to make sure your belongings are safe. Overall a great experience. Facility was clean and organized. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate just book it!!!”

“I have been renting a storage unit at Public Storage in Coram for almost a year now and have always found that the property is safe and secure, and thanks to the property manager Ris the property is well maintained. Ris and Bryan have always been willing to take the time to answer any questions that I might have had related to the storage of my belongings and have always been willing to assist me whenever possible.I have also had the pleasure of meeting the district manager Aaron on two separate occasions and like Ris and Bryan was very professional and willing to answer any questions that I might have had.I have recommended this facility to several friends who have also found the staff to be very professional and helpful.”

“I highly recommend Avatar Moving. I received estimates from several other moving companies, but they attempted to estimate the job over the phone, which did not feel reliable. I could not understand how anyone could accurately quote the move without seeing everything involved. I was extremely pleased that Avatar Moving sent an estimator to my home. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and accurate, and he gave us several useful tips to make the move easier.
The moving crew arrived exactly on time and knew precisely what they were doing. Although we were originally told that three movers would be sent, Avatar Moving provided a crew of five professional and courteous men, which made the entire move remarkably efficient.
They must have used at least 70 furniture pads, and everything was carefully wrapped, taped, and protected. There was not one issue and absolutely no damage. The crew was pleasant, hardworking, and extremely helpful. They even completed some of the preparation work that I was supposed to handle myself.
From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. I could not have been more pleased with Avatar Moving and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and dependable moving company.”

I felt the entire rental process was easy, both the pick up and the return agents were courteous, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle clean and ready to go. While it doesn't always happen when renting, it was almost new which was a plus.”
“I used Lock Up on a whim many years ago when I was moving and between homes. The price was decent and the people were lovely. When I needed storage for my mom recently, I looked into a few places. Others were slightly cheaper but I didn't know them and the price difference didn't sway me. Boy am I glad I stuck with Lock Up! The (newer) staff was absolutely awesome. Friendly, kind, helpful. The management showed up when we were moving the stuff in and she was chatty but not overly so. No question about who i would use in the future.”
“My brother got sick about a year ago and lost his place to live and has been in hospitals and rehabs to recover and Dan at storage for less was more than helpful. We thought it would only be a few months which turned into a year. None only while their price is good customer service was unbeatable. Unfortunately a year later my brother stuff is still there and every now and then Dan reaches out to check and make sure everything's okay. Thank you Dan”

They send me a reminder email a week before the rent is due.I was able to secure a huge 10x10 unit at half the price other storage unit businesses charge near me.You don’t get the climate controlled or elevators or whatever else the big names offer, but i feel better supporting a local business in my town and the price is well worth it.”

Both were very transparent about ALL the costs and details of the rental. It ends up being the same price in the end as all other facilities that post cheaper prices but hidden costs they don't tell you about. I'm so happy I secured a unit here. Very clean property and Anthony takes pride in his work.”
“Chad helped me. He was great! He communicated super well with myself and my moving team. Made my move much less stressful. The facility is also super clean and well maintained. It was really hot outside. However, the facility has a covered loading dock so you and/or your movers don’t have to be out in the sun. The place is also very well air conditioned. I feel very comfortable with storing my stuff here and will come back in the future for other storage needs.”
