“It was my first visit today. My mom told me that this location had a great promotion and that the staff were extremely kind, so after waiting a few months, I finally came. As soon as I arrived, I was lucky enough to be helped right away . I didn’t have to wait long at all.
The staff member who assisted me was Christian, and he was exceptionally friendly and incredibly thorough in his explanations. I’ve lived in the U.S. for ten years, and I can honestly say I’ve never met someone this genuinely kind before. Even other people from my own country haven’t treated me this warmly.
Compared to other carriers, this place truly stands out, and I think that’s largely thanks to Christian. He completely changed my impression of the company for the better. I was able to get everything resolved quickly at a great price, and it really made my day.

When I tell you I have never witnessed someone ask the sales rep “how do I turn my volume up” or someone actually go into a fit cause their bill is 50 cents higher, just props to the staff for keeping it professional and a big shoutout to one of the sales people I forgot his name but his facial expressions while being asked these incredibly ridiculous questions had me bursting out laughing. 10/10”
