“I am writing this review for the online customer service. Out of all the physical and online stores I went ahead and ordered everything I possibly could for my baby from albee baby exclusively. Their good deals, fast shippings, amazing rewards program, and most importantly customer service support was what I liked the most! Elon, the representative, was THE BEST representative ever. He was very knowledgeable, caring, very detailed oriented and he is the main reason I ended up ordering everything from albee baby. He helped me a lot , thank you Elon”
“This review is long overdue, but I’m still thinking about it, so I’m finally writing it!
I had a last-minute event and ran into GAP looking for something to wear. To be honest, I never feel great in jeans, so I usually avoid them. But I decided to give it another try. I ran into the first staff member I saw, her name is Evelyn , and she was amazing from the start.
I used to work in retail, so I always feel bad asking for help, but I told her about my last-minute event and how I usually struggle finding jeans that make me feel good. I’m petite with a bit of curve, which makes shopping (and fitting rooms!) stressful sometimes. Evelyn completely changed that experience for me. She made me feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
In less than 20 minutes, we found the perfect pair and it turned out to be the only petite size left! I left feeling so much better than I expected to.
Huge shoutout to Evelyn your service was incredible. Thank you for making my day and helping me feel confident in something I usually dread shopping for.”
“Just wanted to send a big thank you to your staff! I ordered the State fuzzy basketball backpack for my nephew literally 24 hours ago and he’s already received it. I was super disappointed that the State website wasn’t restocking it, but then I found it on your online store — and on sale at that! “Well organized ! I came into during the Black Friday sale looking for outfits for my soon to be god daughter. Ava approached me asking if I needed help with anything and I told her what I was looking for. She helped me piece outfits together, and then brought me to the register, since I will be shopping in here more frequently, she offered to sign me up for the rewards card and explained how I can get points and use them on future purchases! Great store!”

“Greenstones is an excellent Upper West Side shop. They have a great selection of clothes and shoes and are very helpful. They have never steered me wrong with advice about sizing or products. They also have all kinds of little things like watches, hair accessories, and bracelets, so it is an excellent place to go if you want a Birthday gift. The owner of the store also beautifully wraps gifts which is nice because I am hopeless at it.”

“Carter’s was actually a solid experience. Store was organized, easy to shop, and Susan was great — real helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole trip smoother than it should’ve been. In, out, no chaos, no stress.”
“A little pricey, but nice. They also had sales, but they expect you to figure out how much 30 or 40 %off the item. Not hard to figure out, but when you see it already taken off it does something different and you may want to pick up a few extra items. Just saying... it's a mind thing and if you're in a rush it's a easy fast buy. No thinking involved. Helps people on a budget too.”
