“The store is very calm and gives you a relaxing vibe, I've never seen it crowded. Staff are very helpful. There's never a wait at the fitting room. The self-checkout is so quick and easy too. I rarely wait in line at this location. Come during off peak hours and you will have the whole store to yourself!”

“I had too shop for sons birthday. And normally when I do shop there workers would help if I do ask. But this particular guy name AJ WENT OUT HIS WAY TOO MAKE SURE I GOT EVERYTHING I NEEDED . “This store has fine clothing for children ages 9 - 14. It is an extension to Carter's. Quality all the way. Great styles for young people, mostly cotton. The workers are pleasant too. Completely stocked to the max with clothing. Dressing rooms too. If you want quality, style and fine designer things, then this place is for your kids. It is not cheap. Good sales. I was there today for my friend's kid. I made a good decision. I recommend it highly.”
“Walked in w crutches had order on line w a returned. I was told I needed to go to the gap factory. The cashier was not accommodating and had a bit of an attitude when I asked where to find a gap factory store. However the Spanish floor girl was quite friendly helpful and accommodating with helping get my size and color of sweats. Some folks here need customer service training”
