Last week I went there bruising for a 1 bedroom set and left with everything I needed and more for my new apartment.
The sales representative Mel helped me with everything. He was friendly, professional and super knowledgeable with selling the products. He was even kind enough to give me some financial advice on my decision making lol. He’s customer service was top tier.

“I have visited this store frequently and was always greeted by "Daisy". After months of comparing and shopping around, I made my purchase with her! Why? Because she never pursued me, just had conversations with me and educated me more on each visit about the Mattress Firm beds.
She is very knowledgeable on the products but most of all very approachable and "laid back cool". I really appreciate her hospitable approach as. she only nudges gently while she listens to one's inquiry.
