Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. I went in thinking to buy a black Honda accord but the finance manager Jay helped me see that I was better off with a better car with less mileage with much better features. “I was online car shopping and comparing prices and mileage and after picking 5 cars from different dealerships, I called each dealership (2 out of 5, didn’t answer ) to see if the cars advertised were in stock, after that I went to each dealership to look at the cars in person, when I went to Luxury Auto Group they gave me solid upfront pricing and warned me that other dealers would advertise low prices but add additional fee when you get there, I listened but still went to the other dealers to see the other cars, and like they said the other dealers added fees and the final price ended up way higher than the advertised price, so I went back to Luxury Auto Group and purchased the car, the customer service was phenomenal they are very patient and helped me get cheaper insurance than what I would of gotten on my own. I highly recommend them and will be working with them in the future when I decide to upgrade .”
