“Very good stay, friendly front desk staff. Room was much quieter than expected even though right next to a major highway. Was impressed with how quiet it was!!!Breakfast could be a little better not up to par of some Hampton Inn's. Staff at breakfast gave no interaction with guests or help.All in all a very nice overnight stay!!Rooms: Clean room, building seemed secure.”
“I have stayed here twice and generally enjoyed it. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and were very helpful. The breakfast was good but nothing special and was what you expect at a place like this. In terms of my specific needs, the location is perfect and is exactly half way from where I usually start and my destination. However, it's located on a busy thoroughfare with shopping centers and fast food. It's hard to get around and there are no decent restaurants around. The establishment would do well to at least put a few frozen dinners or pizzas in their shop. For now it's just drinks, ice cream and dreadful ramen.
Rooms: Clean but smelled of cheap scents. I really wish this and other hotels would use unscented cleaning products as well as soaps and shampoos. Because of the current situation, my wife cannot come with me. If things were unscented my wife could come and we could stay longer.
Food and drinks: Nice breakfast but nothing else for lunch or dinner available.”
“Stayed here for a wedding, which was also being held at the hotel. Building looks like a castle. Function rooms were large and well appointed. The food that was served at the wedding was very good. Rooms were nice for the most part, although our room did not have a refrigerator and we found the AC to be very loud when it turned on at night (it’ll wake you up). Also, one of the nights we were there, there was a lot of yelling and commotion in the hallways at night.”

“Stayed October 19 - 21. Very comfortable studio room. Very soft bed (but too soft for me), reasonable clean room (minor issues with how well housekeeping cleans). While very appreciative of the free breakfast, I was somewhat disappointed. Not very many options as I'm accustomed too but nevertheless satisfactory. They have a spin on Embassy Suites made to order eggs but clearly less appetizing. I enjoyed the 24hr coffee (specialty), tea, & hot chocolate station in the dining area. The have a nice fitness room (forgot to take pics). 12pm checkout is a plus. I recommend and would return if ever back in the area.Rooms: See picsFood & drinks: Many dining options nearby.”

“Great modern hotel with modern, arty interior design. Good looking public spaces, spacious lobby and restaurant, outdoor seating. Nice looking rooms, high spaces, and all the facilities you would expect from an up market hotel chain.
Walkability: Not in the center, you'd need a car. Free, extensive parking available.
Food and drinks: Excellent a-la-carte breakfast, not included”
“The location of this hotel is off the beaten path and not visible from the main road. It's easy to find with gps. The check-in process was easy. People at the desk are welcoming. The room is clean and nicely decorated, but could use some upgrades. They offer complimentary continental breakfast that includes making your own waffle. I feel safe and very comfortable here.”
“Great location, clean spacious rooms with a kitchenette. They have anything you ask for. Free breakfast is just coffee/tea and some granola bars but we were grateful it was there. Overall had a great stayWalkability: Not walkable at all! No sidewalks, next to highway. Close to gas stations if you walk on the grass by the shops”

“Rooms were well cleaned and maintained, though the air conditioner lacked the power to overcome a heatwave, so it was always a little warm.
Next to the highway so good for getting around, if you're from out of town then the noise might get to you.
The buffet was fine.”

“While the hotel itself in every category is the absolute best in and around the area, reason for my writing this review is their Conference/Banquet Hall. If you looking to do any type of an event and Mahwah is within your reach, I urge you to check this Hotel out. Sales Manager's name is Dina Perez. Words CanNOT/will NOT do justice to describe the amazing person she is. While Customer Service overall and specially since Covid is on a decline, Dina takes the word itself to the next level. I/we needed to hold an event and amidst the planning phase, had some tragic occurrence in our community. Dina went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect so the event itself would be great. And thanks to her and her team, it most definitely was. Mayor and Police Chief of Mahwah were also present and spoke highly of the event, credit of which goes all Dina and her team. The entire community/friends/relatives were so grateful and thankful to her and her team.
I can write another 1000 words but as I said, words will not do justice. I urge everyone looking to do any type of an event with Mahwah being in the reach, please check this venue out. Location, cleanliness, ambiance, price and last but not least, Customer Service, this Venue/Hotel has it all. An absolute gem of place.”

“The burners in some of the kitchens don't work/don't heat evenly and the cooking utensils aren't consistent room to room. I stay here often and find myself having to have my key reset cause they 2/3 times stop working midstay. Other than that, it's a decent place to stay. Close to shopping and restaurants.”
