“I don’t write reviews too often, let alone for a Cumberland Farms gas station, but I just need to make sure that Mark was recognized for his exceptional service tonight! He was so polite, and even informed me about one of the smartpay rewards that was about to expire. I was able to run back and grab the rewards item, while he held my order at the register. He even bagged everything up for me. Just this simple positive exchange turned my bad day into a good one, as silly as that may sound! Being able to interact with people like Mark actually gives me hope for humanity. Thanks again Mark, for bringing acts of kindness to the world and making people’s days a bit brighter!”

“Great prices, excellent, friendly, and helpful staff since it has transitioned from the previous owners. Staff is masked for those like myself who appreciate that!There is handicapped parking and accessibility, a clean, large single user public restroom, gas, lottery, beer, CBD and tobacco products, lighters (and I wnet recently looking for lighter fluid, they were out but said they would be ordering it), snacks, medications, auto supplies, cell phone accessories, periodicals, hot food, coffee, and everything you'd need from a quick - stop type convenience store!I give them five stars as the new ownership and/or management is much better than the previous... the staff much more competent, friendly, pleasant, patient, and helpful!I actually worked here for a second job until I became fully disabled and unable to work, and the previous manager and his girlfriend (who worked there as well and inappropriately made assistant manager over the much more hard working, Maria) were one of the main reasons this Sunoco had gotten a terrible reputation... From selling drugs from their car in the parking log, being drunk and stoned on the job, and not doing inventory management or checking outdated products... They were one of the main reasons the store had a bad reputation, along with the former management NOT paying attention to the needs of the store, such as leaving brand new gas pumps to replace the old ones, in the parking lot for months and months on end.(I'd like to specifically say that Maria, who opened and her son 'D' were excellent, hard working, pleasant and friendly employees... and the only reason the store did not go under [if you see this, I miss you both!]).Let me again reiterate... THE MANAGEMENT AND STAFF HAS CHANGED AND THE STORE (besides the layout and façade) IS UNRECOGNIZABLE TO THAT UNDER THE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT.Prior, there were several stings by ATF, and many employers failed. THAT IS NOT AN ISSUE ANYMORE! So a fair warning, don't be insulted if you're asked for any product requiring proof of age. The staff is doing exactly what they should, especially as the store has prior reputation of neglect and selling to underage employees. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH THE NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. They are 100% competent, friendly, helpful, respectful and doing what they should... Sorry for anyone who was hoping to buy illicit narcotics in the parking lot, but this is now the respectable, clean, and law abiding establishment it should have always been.When I need gas or the odd item late night (until 11pm when they close) this is where I go, as they have excellent prices! Including competitive gas prices. [At the time of writing this, 03/04/2022, Ukraine is under attack by Russia and gas prices have skyrocketed, however, they are still who I rely on for my gas and other items as they have excellent and competitive prices]).DISCLAIMER: the parking lot on the south side of the building had recently had some large potholes from the winter freeze-thaw cycle, and imagine will be addressed as soon as possible by the competent and attentive staff. It is absolutely avoidable if you need to park on that side to go inside, but just be aware in case you have poor night vision.”

The store is clean. Pleasant ambiance and super friendly staff.
I started with the exact same line.
Me: I hear you guys make the best milkshakes in town.
Staff 1: That we do. Well, it's not me. He makes the milkshakes.
Staff 2: I try.
Staff 1: What can I get you?
Overall the the interaction and quality of service have been delightful. I got a milkshake as well as a coffee. I am going to go back to this location and try each and every flavor on their board.
So, if the management is the same for this store and the horrible one at 536 N Greenbush Rd, perhaps the employees of the other store should been shown the CCTV footage of this store as a customer care refresher course. IMHO.

You gotta give flowers where flowers are due and damn it, deliver the whole flower store over to this stewart's for Elliot. Hats off, nothing but respect.10/10.”
“This is a really good little market at the top north part of the Taconic Parkway right before the MA Turnpike.
It has a good selection of bagged snacks and drinks and hot foods too! Cigarettes, vapes and gas are sold too. Excellent stop for the potty, if you have a need.”

“It's clean, it's well-stocked, and the staff is friendly. Cards sometimes don't work at the pumps-which is kind of annoying-but the employees are usually willing to help. It's open 24hrs again as of my last visit but from what I hear, it's a tentative 24hrs.”

Cons: A bit expensive, but that's typical of gas stations out in the boonies.”

“Im gonna be real with you. Its a gas station and it does serve its purpose. They also have a wide selection of products inside for most of your needs including chargers, drinks, snacks, and just about anything a gas station would carry. Would recommend to people that need to fill up their gas tank.”

“Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee for a business meeting. Was there a little early so I bought a couple lottery tickets. Scratch those off and want some big cash not sure where I'm going to spend it all but it will be a pleasure dropping some large bills somewhere this week, finally my contacts showed up we drank a cup of coffee talk business and enjoyed the setting. Grabbed a quick snack on my way out the door and off to the next one always enjoy Stewart's shops.”
“I give Cumberland Farms a 5 star rating and this location a 3 .... so 4 stars. I've saved close to $500 using Cuimberland's SmartPay Rewards app. And that's not including all the free coffees. I love it. In regards to the location, it seems like it needs updating and Cumberland Farms Corporate should invest in improving this location.”

“Store #158. Always a friendly and helpful staff. Sorry but I like Stewart's pizza and with their own dairy line from ice cream to egg nog to milk and chocolate milk, flavors can't be beat. Mornings are great for their dark roast coffee along with many selections of food or snacks to go with it.”
