“This is a nice bank however, it seems whenever I go there which is usually between 9:30 and 10:30 on a weekday morning they are short on tellers which creates a line that can last for quite some time. This is very inconvenient.”
“The level of customer service at this branch from Irma Lema, a teller, was above and beyond. She checked for international fees on both my debit cards. She helped me find 2 TD credit cards with no fees. She applied for me and got me approved and offered to expedite delivery of the new credit card. Offered to help request a credit increase and offered to put a travel notice on my new card and then gave me her business card and said to email her if I have any trouble with my new card in Italy. All in 20 minutes before closing . Her patience, diligence, and professionalism was exemplary.”

“AMAZING, what’s not to love! Bank staff is very pleasant to work with, especially when down on luck losing devices and in the very worst digital hades, located in a building where you can have nice fellowship with people from other businesses, even had a phone returned. went into a total panic mode,really wasn’t nothing, sorry if anybody felt nervous that day, phone was returned safely, thank you. everything to love about this place, constructively wish there were more locations
