“I think the branch is great with plenty of competent staff on hand. The key employees are are great, namely, James Dumphy, Lisa, and Tom Madden. If they “know” you, you won’t have any problems here. If they don’t know you, things will be a bit more challenging because the banks job is to “know” their customer for security purposes. I’m happy here.”

“I’ve always had great customer service at this bank and I love coming to this location. The tellers are always so courteous and respectful. I came here when I withdrew the down payment, earnest money, and closing costs for my primary residence and most recently when I opened my business bank account. I’ve always felt like I’m the only customer present at the moment. They took their time to explain the process and it was all so seem less. I forgot her name but the Filipino lady at the front is very nice.I’d like to give a shout-out to Judy Morgan, the banker who helped me open up my business bank account. I can’t believe she had all that time to help me out. I really felt like I was the only one there. It was amazing. No hassle, very easy process. Highly recommended.As for the customers who complain and give bad reviews, there are couple of things I noticed while I was waiting patiently at the bank by the front. There was this one particular disgruntled customer who seems to just want to cause trouble for no apparent reason. He just seemed unhappy with his life and just wanted to take it out on the hard working people here. As for customers who who don’t feel like they were attended to- they seem to just be entitled abnoxious people who don’t realize that there’s only so much a branch can do and I’m sure they do everything within their power to keep customers happy.I’ve been banking with chase for a long time and although they don’t have the best savings interest rate, their process are so easy and streamlined. Highly recommend.”
