“Good bank, good branch some of these people writing bad reviews or comments are entitled or did not have a good experience probably had a bad day these employees work hard to deal with your ignorance & impatience ya want to be spoon fed & for the employees to worship the ground you walk on walk a mile in their shoes you couldnt hateful comments for what see me ousside if its a problem im with all the smoke, as for tim, tim is not racist im hispanic & had multiple conversations with him & great help from him you soft for that comment you got a problem with someone you speak to them directly not write a bad review & damage the company i would @ you but google would take down my comment”

A separate rating would go to the website and access to certain information on the app and the website is quite clunky and somewhat limited.
Overall I am a happy customer”
