And I had to come in the next day, which I wasnt happy about. I explained to Elizabeth the situation and informed me nothing couldn't really be done due the weekend but she did the impossible. She called a few ppl and my card started working later that Saturday evening...thank you soo much Elizabeth for making the impossible possible”

“I have been using the Pomona branch of Chase Bank now for the past four years and couldn't be happier. There is almost never a line at the windows and the tellers are always pleasant and helpful.
