I cannot say enough great things about CARSTAR Empire Auto Group. After being involved in a stressful motor vehicle accident, they really went above and beyond to make the entire repair process as smooth and seamless as possible, ultimately exceeding my expectations.
From day one they handled everything, from coordinating the towing of my vehicle directly to completing the comprehensive repairs. Their communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal. They kept me informed via both phone calls and text messages, always making sure I knew exactly where things stood with my vehicle. I never had to wonder or chase anyone down for an update.
The documentation they provided was very thorough, covering every aspect of the repair from start to finish. When I picked up my vehicle I was shocked at its perfection.

The winter snows created more than a few problems for our city, not the least of which was how and WHERE to leave our cars. “I never write a review but felt it was necessary due to the level of service these guys gave. The guys drove all the way to Queens to install a new car window the same day I called. Due to a defective window, they had to come again for another install, and even came in the snow. While they were here changing the window, they helped me by changing my flat tire. “my Acura MDX windshield had a crack. This replacement experience took a lot longer than anticipated, but my overall review is still a 5 star. On Day 1, I took my car into Safeline Great Neck at 9:30am, around 4pm I had to call the Safeline Customer care instead of the actual Great Neck shop as it's local phone were not listed, so please expect this; the windshield was replaced, but the calibration on the sensors did not pass. I made a second appointment to bring the car back on a Saturday 8:30am, they spent 3 hours and could NOT pass this calibration, bummer. But I do know they tried and drove around my car for quite while testing/calibrating for a least 20+ miles to no avail. The manager on the shop recommended I come back 5 days later when a new windshield is ordered so this can be replaced and calibrated. 5 days later, I dropped off the car at 9am, and got the great call of windshield replaced and calibration pass around 2:30pm. This took quite some days, but I appreciate their honesty and professionalism to handle this properly. My one advise is that you do not want to wait in the shop, it is likely that the 3 hours advertised in Safeline website is seldomly doable, just go home and wait for the call back.”

My car looks like new again! However, please note that the address and pictures on their website are not entirely accurate, so it's worth double-checking before visiting. Due to this inconsistency, I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Still, I recommend Promaster Body Shop for anyone needing reliable auto body work. Good job, and keep improving! “It’s not often you want to tell people what good service you got anywhere for anything, but Brendan’s auto body did such a superlative job on my truck I’m here to tell you it’s as perfect as the day I got it new. This is a four year old truck that got hit and needed paint and body work and I was simply expecting it to get fixed, period. When it was finished in 5 short days, I was blown away. I honestly got that new car feeling again, like when I walk up to my truck it just makes me smile.
